I always spend so much more than I plan here Their cakes, breads, and other food items are so delicious! Before heading home to Phoenix, I made sure to grab a bag of butter mamon! I also got a slice of the rocky road cake and the sansrival cake. All were yummy!

We came here for to try out the ube Latte and the avocado latte so my stars is based on those drinks and not the baked goods. The ube Latte wasn't sweet and the coffee didn't feel strong. It tasted as though it was watered down. The avocado latte didn't have the best of flavor also and was also pretty watered down. To improve this, they should make the flavors stronger. The bakery itself is pretty small but red ribbon is usually a spot to just pick up and go. There were a couple of seats and tables if you wanted to enjoy your treats there. The cashier was really nice and polite. I have no complaints with the service that was provided to us. I love red ribbon and we usually get cakes here but the drinks definitely need some work!

Manager with the name of Sheena was rude, disrespectful and obviously doesn’t know how to do her job properly. They have expiring products on the shelves and when we nicely asked for newer ones she replied with “whatever is on the shelf is fresh” in a passive aggressive tone and told us to “come back in two days”. She needs to take some managerial courses.

I regret not buying more. They had so many varieties of Filipino pastries and cakes, I'm so many intriguing flavors and styles. Everything is so clean and neat. The baked goods are packaged so nicely. Every single thing I got was fresh and delicious. The ladies at the register were so pleasant and helpful to this novice.

Observing a Filipina Manager displaying disrespect towards her team members when they asked about the available types of birthday cakes with "happy birthday" greetings written on them was a disheartening experience. The female manager abruptly intervened with a stern countenance, screaming at her employees in front of customers, which is an extremely wrong and unacceptable way to treat team members. Placing your employees in a humiliating situation is not the way to go. When I inquired the employees working that day about why the said female manager was rude and unprofessional, they both responded that it was due to her managerial position. However, regardless of one's title in the company, no one has the right to degrade or humiliate their employees in front of others, as it can harm their dignity as human beings. This female manager is not a good example to follow, as she has been intimidating her team members to do their job properly, which is not an ethical approach.

The cake and palabok are delicious. Palabok is very flavorful better than Jollibee. Not too many sit, but most people just to go. It’s clean and fast. It’s inside of grocery store. I personally think it’s a little pricey.

I bought a coffee cake where we could put some bday greetings. The lettering came out horrible. It was supposed to be a shower party gift for a baby who will be born next month. None of the staff apologized. I didn’t have time to didpute coz i was in a hurry to go to work.The greeting was “”WELCOME TO THE WORLD BABY MESA♥️ … the word world couldn’t be read. Coz whoever squeezed in the word wrote it in very tiny letters and it was pushed towards the borderline of the cake… Nobody offered compensation.. once i find the picture… i will send it
