We visited the one at Arroyo Crossing. Mark was the one who took our orders. He is pleasant. I asked if he can understand Tagalog and we were amazed when he said he can speak Ilocano, Tagalog and Kapampangan. I highly recommend this place and loved their palabok and chicken empanada.

Does anyone else feel like these cakes are getting smaller while the prices are rising? They used to almost reach the rim of that brown platter. Now, look at how much they've shrunk!
the manager and cashier are rude, I was asking nicely for extra milk because their halo-halo dont have enough milk, they told me that i have to pay $3 more dollar to get extra milk. i get it if thats the company policy but they dont have to say it in a rude way. in the first place im not gonna ask for extra milk if they put enough milk on my order.

Was in a good mood this morning getting errands done and stopped here for a coffee. The lady cashier told me they were out of cream so I asked if they had milk. She said yes they do, but I needed to order a latte if I wanted milk in it for a dollar more. Sure, if that’s company policy I get it, but the way she said it with such a cold tone and making me feel bad really sucked. I get now why people post about the customer experience, and I as a reader usually scroll past it because I just care about the food I’m eating. But damn, the little things matter.
I got there an hour before closing so there wasn’t much variety, but I did get a slice of yummy Black Forest cake. The cashier was awesome and helpful. They are located inside Seafood City, near the food court, which gave off a fishy odor. This dessert shop was very clean and has lattes and smoothies on sale as well.
