Was in a good mood this morning getting errands done and stopped here for a coffee. The lady cashier told me they were out of cream so I asked if they had milk. She said yes they do, but I needed to order a latte if I wanted milk in it for a dollar more. Sure, if that’s company policy I get it, but the way she said it with such a cold tone and making me feel bad really sucked. I get now why people post about the customer experience, and I as a reader usually scroll past it because I just care about the food I’m eating. But damn, the little things matter.

I just visit this place when I want those sponge mamon. And it's inside Seafood Market so it's convenient for my needs if I need anything at Filipino market.

I got there an hour before closing so there wasn’t much variety, but I did get a slice of yummy Black Forest cake. The cashier was awesome and helpful. They are located inside Seafood City, near the food court, which gave off a fishy odor. This dessert shop was very clean and has lattes and smoothies on sale as well.

Hey, just had an amazing experience at Red Ribbon in Las Vegas! Tried the Arroz Caldo combo with Mango Pie and a drink for $10.84. Such a delicious deal! You should check it out. Liam the cashier recommended it and it's highly appreciated! Thanks Liam.

The food was great, I got a bunch of empanadas to try, pork, beef, and chicken. All really good, the cakes are great, no problems. I want to make a point that the young man working Sunday at 12 is spectacular. He is doing his best. Maybe management wasn't expecting that many people to come in at this time, but there was a bit of a line starting. And he was by himself, making drinks and taking orders.I had a door dash order to pick up, and I didn't get to check in with him, so I just grabbed my order. But I really think there should have been someone there helping him when the line got longer. Great other than that.

This is an on going thing it looks like at this Red Ribbon. I brought 6 items from this place. All will be expired in two days or already expired. I open one up and was about to eat it when i saw mold on the back side of the cake. Looked at the rest... no good! I GAVE ONE TO MY BOSS TODAY. Not knowing if its moldy or not. You need to retrain and pull your pastry and cakes atleast 7days before expiring. Do not sell expired food or almost expired in two days to consumers. Horrible business practice. If things dont change soon NV HEALTH . SNHC INSPECTORS WILL SHUT IT DOWN. Its been going on for at least two years from what i see on this yelp page.

No stars for this place. When I walked in, no employees in sight. I waited for 5 minutes and no one came so I left and decided to return after 10 minutes. Then I decided to order a slice of rocky road cake for my child. He didn't feel well after eating the cake and needed up vomiting in my car and at home. The cake may have been expired. I will NEVER return here. Very upsetting.

I don't know who owns or manages this Las Vegas Red Ribbon Bakeshop but he or she should go to Management school so you can teach your workers a little service sense. We stood in front of their display shelf hoping the 3 female stooges who were all milling around the registers assisting 1 customer would help us but to no avail. Finally, I said, "Should we pay first or tell someone what cake we wanted to buy?" No response. They all want to operate the registers. Finally, one of the stooges looked & I asked the same question and after hehawing and ahhhing, one of them looked annoyed & said what do you want? Someone inside the kitchen then wrote on our cake & just left the box on the counter while one of them was boxing a customer's orders and the two other red uniformed stooges were again doing something around one of the registers. All of this slow & terrible customer service was happening while my wife is waiting outside in 110° weather. As usual, another example of incompetent Filipino store service. Leave your bad habits in the Philippines. You're already in America, please.

Its been years since Ive had a red ribbon cake. I decided to order the triple chocolate roll for my husband's birthday. It was as I remembered it. Delicious. Smaller than i remembered it though.

Everytime I come into this restaurant there's barely anyone eating. I waited 10 minutes just to order 3 chicken empanadas and an iced cafe latte. The manager was straightening out the pastries I wish she had more common sense to help the lady up front taking order for Uber eats and making 2 drinks. This is why the restaurant is probably slow because the customer service sucks. Forgot to mention the store is hot.

I was there this afternoon trying to get to samples of different kind of cakes with their “ sampler “ but they’re more “ fixed” sampler than what I wish to try! I ended up just getting 3 slices instead, they should’ve let us pick out the flavors we wanted instead of being “fixed”! But I always like their mango supreme!!!
