This place has somewhat gone downhill. The burger with fondue wasnt great at all and it felt like our burgers and pretzel bites were burnt. Also the manager made a joke about reading the fine print when I couldnt finish all my food

The Manager Brian makes our experience very enjoyable! He takes pride in his job! Brian has the old school mentality of having an inviting atmosphere! He took the time to engage with us which makes a difference!We prefer this Red Robin over any other!

My mom was having dinner here and I asked her to bring home a kids meal with a veggie burger for my daughter. When she brought it home, there was no drink and the burger was beef. She went all the way back and they replaced it (literally the bare minimum) but said that since she didn’t ask for a drink when she placed the order (the meal comes with a drink, wouldn’t the server be responsible for asking?) she couldn’t have a drink. So they screwed up the order, which resulted in her having to go back and they refused to give her something she paid for because she didn’t ask for it when she placed the order? I’ll just stick with BJ’s.

Food was delicious as always. This Red Robin usually is just great, food service, everything. However this time, we were sat at our table, not even peak hours, around 8pm the place was even starting to empty. We were not greeted by our waitress for 15 minutes. Another waiter randomly stopped by to ask if anyone has come to see us yet. Then after finally meeting our waitress we rarely saw her after that. We couldn't even find her at the end of our meal so we paid on the electronic screen at our table and left.

Our server Shawna was so awesome!!! Very attentive & friendly! Speedy service, the manager Brian was also very nice & was checking in on us to make sure everything was going well. Overall, great food, great service & great atmosphere. Will be back!!!

Justin was perfect, helpful w menu description, funny, food came out promptly. Blue Ribbon burger lacked the blue cheese bite I was looking for; garlic steak fries, meh, hint of garlic, tasted heat lamp warm. Chicken Sandwich-meh also, nothing to write home about.

Ive gone here before abd had great service with other servers.. bit tonight was weird and not good.. I ordered 2 margaritas and they didnt even get me a little buzzed at all tasted like there was no alcohol just mixer.. the server girl wasn’t pleasant she told me when i got my chicken wrap “thats a big wrap” gen z service is not great and the 2 hosts at the front ignored me and my family until i asked for a table.. they all acted very awkward and uncomfortable.. and the tablets servers have i think is very rude they dont make eye contact their face is just nose deep in a tablet. My husband also ordered a sprite and she came back with water for him and she always took so long to come back and check if we needed anything…
