It’s our 3rd time’s in RB and being served by same waitress.

Most of the food is not made fresh, like you cannot get a medium well hamburger. Your options are pink or no pink; your options on a egg or sunny side up or over hard, there's no in the middle. The server was friendly enough, but you have to use the table control unit for most of your communication with the staff. This is the first visit in the last 8 years and I'm not sure the customer base they're trying to attract. In a market like Las Vegas there are so many other options.

First time at this restaurant. I had the tavern burger Big Red, hold sauce. A house salad, I ordered Yukon chips are a home made cooked hot fresh crunchy! All yummy! Great fast service. Clean.

The children's entrees at Red Robin are the BEST deal for any restaurant. My family and I eat out VERY often and at many different restaurants. Although we love Red Lobster for instance, as well as On the Border, their children's meals are over priced for what you get. Not at Red Robin! The service at this location was also spectacular and the food was great.

We were surrounded by dirty tables, super odd that they didn't even attempt to clean them or rather sit us there if they had no intentions on cleaning around us. The food was pretty sad. I opted for my fav growing up which was the tavern haystack double burger with onion straws, they literally put 3 onion straw pieces on my burger, I asked for more and was given cold additions. Thanks.
Let's not forget to mention the patties that looked like white castle burgers. The waitress was very pleasant which made my experience bearable but guaranteed I won't be back. Only thing I wish now is that I took pictures because I really feel like I was on the show punk'd.

We were seated and waited 27 mins till someone came to take our order. Waiter came up to use and said sorry for the wait we couldn't deside who was going to take your table. Got the food never once was asked for more frys. This is by the worst one i been to.
