This place has gone downhill fast. You tell them no vegetables and they still put it in there. Crab rangoons are flare. Portions have gotten smaller and prices higher. We use to love this place but not anymore! They need to reconsider how they treat their customers and stop gouging. The way the place looks is exactly how their food is.

Service great friendly and family orientated. However, I ordered a lot of items to try and honesty the free soup with the meals was definitely the best part. The food was just not it and I was so excited to finally get here and we did not finish one plate of it. Not sure what recipes they are using but it just wasn't it. I'm sorry to write this but as a General Manager of a restaurant myself I would like someone to tell me the truth.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to get to this review. I have been coming here for over a decade. As a Vegas local I highly recommend this place. I love that it's been family owned from the very beginning. Their fried rice dishes are great, so is their lo mein.

I have loved Red Shrimp for a couple years, food is fantastic, portions are huge and they are super friendly. I can also add honest to the list as I forgot my wallet in the restaurant once and they went out of their way during their busy lunch rush to call me (they had my phone number from my order) to make sure I got it back. This will always be my goto chinese take out.

Teriyaki Chicken smelled real nice in the car, I just knew I was in for a tasty treat when I arrived at my destination. Boy was I surprised when I opened the lid and saw this huge whole mushrooms. Never have I ever seen teriyaki chicken made with mushrooms. But the real problem is, I’m allergic to mushrooms. This should be listed on the menu and they should ask customers just in case. I’m grateful that I didn’t sneak a bite while driving or it could have been disastrous. Spoiled my dinner and my appetite.

Picked up my food at 9:20pm (they close at 9:30) and ordered the orange shrimp, once I took two bites & found a long hair. I called once they opened this morning at 11:15am offering to bring it back for an exchange since it's my first time I wanted to give them a fair chance instead of a refund The person I spoke with started yelling to the other staff ,called me ridiculous, said it's not fair for them etc... I said okay I'll just take a refund and hung up on me I'm NEVER going here again & I'm disputing this with my bank. The flavors are mid, the service is mid and the atmosphere is run down & dusty.
