We just went here to watch football. Ordered drinks and the waiter was completely rude. Acted like we were bothering him to do his job. He said he had to ask the manager if he could give us refills on coke?
We had ordered food (appetizers) by then but we're never given plates, napkins, or silverware. The only time we got service is to snag a hostess as she walked by and finally the manager.
Our waiter had no problem serving other tables bring food, plates, and refills but dodged our table like it was a sport.
Our party was multi-racial and the waiter was a Caucasian male. All other tables were Caucasian as well. I don't know if that played a part in his actions but it was by far the worst service I've ever had. Would not recommend.

We made reservations to watch the morning football games on a Saturday. They offered just two menu items for breakfast, a breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich. Even though they opened for breakfast they did not have coffee. We (and the other morning patrons) we seated at high top tables that are not good for long stretches of time. There were a few couches but nobody was being seated in them. It just felt like they had an opportunity to provide a top notch experience and whiffed...by design. They could have seated us in the couches with a time limit as other sports bars would. Also, we were the only ones there for a good 45 minutes and we told them the game we intended to watch, but they showed that game without the sound on. Another whiff. Our server was great. He checked on us often. Overall, it seemed like the morning game service just didn't garner much thoughtfulness.

What an odd place. Resorts World isn't exactly packing them in at the moment, and a place like this won't really help. Despite being a sports bar and properly showing all football game which started at 10am, they offered only two breakfast options. The breakfast sandwich was less interesting than an Egg McMuffin but at $19... Instead of the noted chicken sausage, bacon was the only option. The brioche bun was just a basic burger bun. All drinks were served in plastic cups, whether it be water, soda or a Bloody Mary. And they didn't have coffee. They didn't care if we went to Starbucks, but so odd. Server and hostess were really nice and very attentive.

Good Sportsbar atmosphere. Wings were great. Good views of many screens. Hope to be back for March madness.

I hosted an event here during a conference and had such a great experience. Chris was incredible to work with - attentive, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the service was seamless, and the space was perfect for our group. I really appreciated how easy Chris made the whole process. I’d absolutely host another event here again!

Rude and racist establishment. When I walked in this guy behind the bar didn't even greet me. I had to wake him down to even put in my order. He came over with a very nasty look on his face. I ordered one drink and an entrée, and he asked if I wanted to close the tab, but I wanted to proceed a drink. He told me that he needed an authorization, and I explained to him that he could charge it to the room. I also had my key card and my drivers license. Then he proceeded to lie to me, and tell me that he could not do that. I then asked him to go get his manager, and he refused to bring the manager out. I had to wave him down after he said he was wanting a manager, then he stated that his manager said it was okay. He didn't need a card authorize it. Never come here the food is subpar, and the overall energy of the staff is very disgusting and dismissive. The manager is also rude & disrespectful, because if a customer is requesting to speak to you, why would you not come out? He definitely condones his behavior as well. I never come to this place in my life and the food was horrible. Do not come to this place if you want to spend money and get treated poorly because you're black because that's definitely what will happen. As I'm timing, there's a table full of men that they've been servicing with no problems. At any time I need to order anything I had to wave them down at the bar while they sit and stare at me. Also, just take a look at the face entirely too much better more better than there was even fish. Never again.

Just checked my credit card statement and have two phantom charges, one from a day I was not even there, totaling over 200 dollars. I had two pints of beer and was charged a bill near 230 dollars. Will be disputing with my credit card company. BEWARE of scammers changing tips or running your card thinking you won’t look through your transactions after a weekend in Vegas.

I went to see Illenium last Saturday at Zouk. It was a fantastic night! After the show, I went to his place, and the bartender refused to sell me water. I wasn't trying to get it for free; I would pay. She had a nasty attitude. No wonder LV is declining. The patrons I was conversing with were cool. It just seemed like the bartender was having a bad night. I do not recommend going to this place. My party and I went to another bar after I told them about how I was treated here.

On Friday 7/11/25 we went to RedTail for a big celebration dinner - 20 years of sobriety. The staff at RedTail went above and beyond for us. We brought table decor down early and they willingly had our table set up and decorated for us upon arrival. They accommodated our need for low chairs and tables. The service was outstanding, regularly checking on us, filling drinks, timely food. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for Vegas. The cherry on top was the complimentary cookies they brought out for dessert. The staff from that night deserves a huge round of kudos! Thank you for making our celebration so special.

Service not great. Could have been a bad day for the waitress. They let 2 women in bikini sit at the bar. Maybe I'm old
