We went on a Thursday night. The front desk greeter was very nice and walked us right in. The waitress was very nice and got us water right away. The water was a cucumber water which is ok but we did ask for some lemon water and they brought us a pitcher. The waitress came to check on us often as we tried to decide what to eat. We ordered the pepper popper appetizers. They came breaded with a creamy sauce to dip them in. They tasted great and had a good crunch. My wife ordered the prix fixe and got chicken nachos the B-burger with the Captain crunch cereal bar. Fries came with the burger also. She loved it. To much food for her to eat it all. I got the Philly cheese and fries. It had pepper onion and jalapenos. The sauce was creamy delicious. The bun was soft and held together the whole time. The sandwich was so stuffed with shaved beef and veggies I had a hard time picking it up. They had more on the sandwich than the bun could hold.I had to eat all the droppings with a fork. The shaved ribeye was tender and seasoned well. Lots of flavor on that beef. Our friends had a lettuce wrap red tail burger and the poke nachos. They said they were both great. I thought it was interesting that the poke nachos were made with wonton chips. Great food, wonderful staff. I would definitely go back.

Very disappointed in the reservation system and staff at this restaurant. We had confirmation for 4 on Monday night the 26th of February. Email and text confirmation, and received a request to confirm digitally the day before, and did so. We show up at 7:20 and the restaurant is closed for a private event! We waited 20 more minutes for a manager to help resolve... or get us another reservation at one of the hotel restaurants, and we were ghosted. Several staff said they requested the manager come out, but they never did. No one seemed to care. We walked away at 8:00 with no response from anyone on the hunt for another restaurant. Red tail—- your reservation system is broken and your management doesn't care about your customers... typical resort attitude towards us ‘tourist.' #Resortsworld

Went before 8 pm comedy show, food was good but the service was slow. Lots of tv screens but only had one college game on behjnd the bar, in front of the lounge area and one tv by the front. For it to be a Saturday and night before superbowl it felt like they didn't try to make the atmosphere lively at all just the bare minimum. Staff was nice. Would give it another go though!

One of the weirdest and horrible experience. Made a reservation at 4:00 for 10 people a week ahead of Time. Got there a little early, as I check they tell me it's a minimum of $50.00 a person as we sit down another server comes up and say it's $100.00 minimum a person. I'm like which is it, they honored the initial $50.00 a person. Sever comes to get drink orders and tells us that we have to be out by 5:00 as they had a buyout..... Why would I spend and how $50.00 a person in an hour........ We left went to Dawg sports bar, the service and hostess couldn't be any nicer and accommodating given that we were 10 people to watch the game.

The service was great. The place is perfect to watch a game. The negative was the food wasn't great. The Cesar salad tasted like it was dunked in fish guts, the chicken on the nachos was rubbery, and the guacamole was very limey

Made reservation for my party of 10 for a 7:30 PM seating. A few hours prior to reservation, Rob called me to tell me they are closing at 8:30 PM for a VIP event and we would have to exit by then. Would have been nice to know that prior too booking, to ensure my team would receive an exceptional experience. They did accommodate an earlier time (7 PM) Food was plentiful but awful. It pains me to write this review but I'm sure you will take this feedback as a gift and work to improve your clients experience.

Unimpressive, underwhelming! Not Vegas standards, go elsewhere. Really poor Nachos, just don’t order them if you go! It’s a bag of chips with squeezed cheese on top and a few morsels of chicken, staff thought it funny when I pointed that out.

Food was very tasty, and service was great. Huge screens to watch a variety of games, a bit loud but it is a sports bar so... definitely overpriced, but it's a restaurant on the strip so that is to be expected. Would recommend for a decent, casual meal.

Food was good, service was atrocious. I don't leave reviews very often but here we are. To start, it took an hour plus to get SOME of our group's drinks. Mind you the place was not full and we were the first customers in the door that night. At about an hour and twenty minutes of waiting the smart 5 people in our group left telling the waiter to cancel their order. Around 2 hours in SOME of the food shows up, although it was delicious, every last order was screwed up with some orders never showing up the entire night despite repeated requests. At around 2 hour 20 minutes the 5 people, who left earlier, drinks showed up. Through out the night we would have to ask several time to get drinks and if they showed up it was an excessive amount time to get them. This is where it gets bad, we were just fed up and ready to go asking for our check, they gave us one check for the entire group of 15 people and told us to spit it up ourselves. They wouldn't let a single couple pay until the whole group had agreed to pay for every last item on the bill. Of course the check was as messed up as our order. We were over bill $200 plus dollars taking 40 minutes or so to get them to give us an accurate bill. I understand that Vegas is not a cheap trip anymore, those days are gone, but when the food and drinks are marked up 1000% take some of that excessive profit and pay more for good workers/management. I'm sure management is going to put some "gaslighting" excuse up in response to this review, but what restaurant won't break a large table's check into individual bills? The food that we received was good, the service and billing would make me go somewhere else.

Very disappointing. We had a reservation so we were seated quickly. Then...ignored for 20 minutes. Salad is boring and flavorless. Wings and tater tots were very good. They charge $5 for soda refills. Forget it. Better places to eat here.

We reserved a table for the NFR Watch party Sunday Dec 10th. When the NFR started we asked management to turn up the NFR and they refused to turn the football game off. There were multiple tables rented for the Watch party. The should not advertise something that they don't plan on doing. Will not go back..

No servers and no bartenders. Amateur hour. No leniency on table minimums either. The servers that did show up to work had a positive attitude but the service was poor to say the least.
