Food was DELICIOUS! And staff WONDERFUL! Highly recommended!

I hired Renaissance Catering to cater my husband’s 40th birthday party we had our home over the weekend. This was a very theme specific event and let’s just say Chef Reymundo absolutely nailed it! He created a custom menu for our event that perfectly captured the theme we were we’re going for. The food was top tier quality, presented beautifully and the guests raved about it all night. The staff was so friendly, helpful and professional and truly went out of their way to ensure I don’t so much a lift a finger. They truly took care of everything from the food, food service, bartenders, models, table and chair rentals and setup and tear down of each. The event was flawless and the term “best party I’ve ever been to” was flying around all night. Just hire them you will not be disappointed!

Renaissance catered N event at Aliante and I found the food provided to be top shelf. Even though I almost never give 5 stars for catering let alone restaurant, the amount of food cooked and the range provided is outstanding. Even at large volume.

Brisket was soft and tender.
Salad was fresh with nice vinaigrette. French cream puff perfectly light and creamy,

Likely gained 2 pounds from my returns to the buffet line.

Renaissance catering did an amazing job with the Cinco de Mayo event! The food was yummy and my favorite was the Ceviche, Tacos and Street Corn. Great food and service!

First of all, the chefs are amazing and super cool people! You can tell they truly love what they do. But my god, the food?! INSANE! All the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned, tried their esquitos and I’ll be dreaming about that for the rest of my life. Wonderful people and food. 10/10

Chef Reymundo is amazzzzing

Renaissance recently cater a corporate event for us at our branch and let just say it was the best I ever seen in LV. We had a two-part catering that met all our expectations and then some for our event. We wanted something simple like chips and sandwiches, but Chef Rey elevated it to the next level to give it a very elegance touch which our guests loved. Staff were so nice and very attentive to all our guest. Quality of food was great and very fresh which they also cater to our vegan crowd. Highly recommended for any event.

We cannot say enough about our catering experience with Renaissance! We chose a taco bar for our event for 16 people. Everyone raved about our menu and the quality of the food. Hats off to you Chef and your team! We’ll have you back in July for our next event.
