Fantastic meal with top notch service. Dined alone and the pace was spot on between dishes.
Guy Savoy in my opinion is one of the best restaurants in the United States. The food is outstanding and the service is at the highest level. The friendly, helpful staff is always there to make the experience outstanding without being overbearing. The prices are very expensive but to me it's worthwhile to splurge every so often. Part of the experience is the presentation of the food, which is enjoyable in its own right.
I have to say it was a forgettable meal. The signature caviar parfait was short on caviar and long on creamy filling and the cheese course was inedible, The wine pairings were good, and the service outstanding. The price far exceed the food experience.
We had an absolutely fabulous dining experience at Guy Savoy. We opted to do the full course pairing menu with wine pairing. We are in the food and wine industry & appreciate the work that it takes to put together extensive presentations, paired with perfect wine for the dish. We have dined at michelin restaurants all over the world (some great most not) & felt every aspect of this meal & wine service at Guy Savoy was outstanding. If you love beautiful food or are enjoying a special occasion this is the right choice. Price point; it is much higher than most dining experiences though we acknowledge the work that goes into preparing such elaborate dishes. The staff work very hard to make each client feel special and well taken care of. Highlights for us we're the colors of caviar, artichoke & black truffle soup (especially impressive wine pairing here), the bread cart is phenomenal, A5 waygu. For me personally the salmon dish did not work... perhaps if it was infused with herbs however it simply was a cold piece of salmon w/out flavor. Otherwise every dish was exceptional. Bravo to chef & staff & thank you for taking care of us.
Best meal of my life! John Paul guided us through the most amazing progression of culinary delights.
An incredible experience from start to finish. Everyone who made contact with us made our experience exceptional. We had a very warm welcome and comfortable and enjoyable service through the entire meal. We had a time limit due to having show tickets, and they executed the timing perfectly.
From entering the door, to exiting the door, outstanding. Above and beyond expectations for a restaurant. Will definitely return on our next trip to Vegas.
We came to Las Vegas especially to dine at Guy Savoy. It was a wonderful culinary and human experience. We loved the different dishes that were served to us. The team is fantastic and added to the excellent time we had in this beautiful restaurant. See you soon, I hope!
Private table in the kitchen just the 2 of us and precise action around us, perfection like a clock! Worth it! In appreciation 🙏❤️
Service was great, very attentive and nice folks. Ambiance was just okay, nothing to note. What is terrible is the food itself. Don't think it deserves a Michelin star, but maybe it's my distaste for French cuisine in general. Anyway if you don't really enjoy French food or have never tried it, I would not recommend.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and we were thoroughly impressed. The service was impeccable, and the food was incredible. The sommelier was particularly knowledgeable and skillful in pairing our entrees with wines.

I didn't know how to answer “noise level”, but it was very quiet and we were able to easily hear each other while talking in a soft voice. Dining at Guy Savoy is such a pleasure.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Guy Savoy in Caesars Palace, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We opted for the tasting menu, which kicked off with an exceptional bread service featuring some of the best bread I've ever tasted. Each bite was a celebration of fresh flavors and textures.
As we requested a pescatarian menu, the standout for me was the salmon slider, which replaced the traditional wagyu slider. It was, hands down, the best salmon burger I’ve ever enjoyed! The dish was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
The signature mushroom soup was another highlight of the evening—a divine concoction that left us wanting more. The fish entrée, beautifully presented with its unique mushroom scales, was a culinary delight that showcased the chef’s creativity and talent.
Lastly, the dessert selection was nothing short of spectacular. We were treated to an impressive dessert trolley filled with a variety of scrumptious options, ensuring that our sweet tooth was thoroughly satisfied.
Overall, the entire dining experience at Restaurant Guy Savoy was remarkable, with exquisite food and impeccable service. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough for anyone looking for a truly exceptional meal!

Dining at Guy Savoy in Las Vegas was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was flawless attentive without being intrusive, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
The tasting menu was a masterpiece. Each course was perfectly balanced, with the artichoke and black truffle soup being a real standout. The wine pairings elevated the experience even further, with thoughtful selections that complemented each dish beautifully.
The ambiance is elegant and quiet, ideal for a special evening or romantic dinner. Pricey, yes but absolutely worth it for the level of detail, flavor, and service. If you’re looking for a world class fine dining experience in Las Vegas, Guy Savoy is a must.
