An amazing dining experience with expertly prepared dishes. Very personable staff, who were perhaps slightly more attentive than I am used to in these types of restaurants. All dishes were top notch, but nothing stood out as 'life changing'. Started with the caviar, followed by the white fish with sunchokes, then then the squab, and ended with the coconut six ways. The charcoal coconut layer was by far my most enjoyed component. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service and food. One of the best dinner experiences in many years of travelling the world. Each course was a masterpiece. Attentive, friendly service. We were amazed by the selection of breads. Quiet and luxurious atmosphere. Expensive, but the price is what we would expect for this level of luxury.
