What a beautiful evening from start to finish! Exceptional service and exquisite food! We loved that, while the ambiance is very formal, it's not uptight or stuffy, the servers were relaxed and friendly. The butter service was so fun and we really enjoyed trying all the different breads. We decided to order a la cart, and tried several different dishes. The dessert cart was lovely as well. This is the perfect choice for a special occasion dinner!
Jean Paul made my family feel like VIP all the way , simply the best Michelin quality restaurant in Vegas , executed perfectly! Every Dish ! Unlike others , hot plates were actually Hot ,,as well as beautifully presented and flavorful,,,, thank you 🙏
An amazing dining experience with expertly prepared dishes. Very personable staff, who were perhaps slightly more attentive than I am used to in these types of restaurants. All dishes were top notch, but nothing stood out as 'life changing'. Started with the caviar, followed by the white fish with sunchokes, then then the squab, and ended with the coconut six ways. The charcoal coconut layer was by far my most enjoyed component. Highly recommend!
