Why would an outdoor bar be closed during the (sunny time of) day, especially in the cold months when it's only warm during the day?

Nice looking bar. Understaffed, no service outside which is the nicest area imo. Inside was nice too but too much cigar smoking going on. No food. Painkiller was mediocre. No nutmeg dust and more sour than sweet.

Took an Uber to the Mirage to check this place out on a Saturday night and the outside was closed. They weren’t offering Hookah as an indoors option. Call ahead if you’re coming here for the Hookah.

I gave Rhumbar 2 stars only because it has always been a great place in the past. Last night I stopped by to get a drink to celebrate my birthday. The waitress ignored me countless times, waited on the same customers more than once, and stood conversations with a guy instead of taking my order or giving me a drink menu. I eventually just got up and left. She didn’t say a word as I was leaving.

Went there to smoke hookah but they said they don’t do hookah there anymore. It’s advertised as a hookah Lounge on Google maps though so you guys should change that, misleading

I just had my wedding party at Rhumbar 11/11/23. The staff was great the heat warmers were perfect but the drinks were delicious and the music was just right and food was yum. Thanks again I hope Rhumbar stays after it hardrock takes over.

Had such an incredible time the night before that we had to come back for a second round the next day! Definitely my new favorite spot especially for the hookah. Their hookah master Meghan is nothing but absolutely insanely talented at her craft!! The flavor profiles or out of this world! The hookahs here are the best in Vegas hands down!!

Nan the manager was Superman under pressure and helped make our groups evening a night to remember . I highly recommend the Rumbar for date night with friends and family to mingle under the stars ?

We had such an amazing time on a Sunday night - that we came back the next night. Prices are reasonable considering the Strip and the space. The DJ on Sunday night was wonderful. Read the crowd and played a great set. Mojito Monday and HH are a great deal. Our hookah experience was our favorite in Vegas so far. Meghan knows her stuff and provided impeccable customer service.
