Terrible bartenders. They literally all think they are in a bro club and are more interested in talking and hanging out with the bro boys behind the bar or hitting on hookers than you trying to pay money for drinks .
The waitress was terrible. No attention to our orders. The lady singer kicked us off the dance floor for a "couples" dance
Had a great time watching the Steelers/Cowboys game on Sunday night. Service was stellar. Elsa and Pancho made my night. Band was good and covered a variety of music.
Pretty standard bar area. 2 drink minimum. Service was good enough.
Terrible bar, slow to non-existent service, no drinks list, no wine list, exorbitant prices, 2 drink minimum and spasmodic music. Don’t go here.
Waitress was very rude. All I asked is if I could order something. I just said “hey is it ok if I can order something, it’s ok if not” and she yelled at me saying she’s not taking orders. I’m not confrontational at all but it honestly made me feel really bad. It was really rude and I swear i was just asking. I left. I just don’t think you talk to anyone like that. Like it wa soo if not. I don’t think I deserved to get yelled at.
I understand the waitress’ is overwhelmed. But she yelled at my father (someone who speaks predominantly Spanish) yelling at him “IM NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS” when he was simply asking if he was able to order something with his broken English. She didn’t even let him finish his question. I saw her then take an order from a girl, and I even asked that girl if she ordered something and she said yes. So her not taking any orders and being mad about it really didn’t make sense to me. My dad was soo nice about it and that’s what gets me upset. I get you’re overwhelmed but please don’t yell at my dad in such a disrespectful way. Also, she kept speaking English to him and the same girl that told me she ordered something, told me she spoke Spanish. So I don’t think that’s okay. Night: 08/04/24
So we walk to the bar, and they direct us to the other side of the bar. After sitting there r a minute, the bar tender tells us we need to go to the other side. We let him know they sent us to his side, and he said, "Oh, ok." He then grabbed his till and disappeared. After a while, a different bartender came over, and got us our drink with a side of "I don't care " We didn't leave a tip and skipped getting drinks from Mandalay Bay for the rest of our trip. I do not recommend, simply because of the attitude. We noticed it at other places within the hotel. I'm sure they will do okay without our business, but maybe someone will see the reviews and make some needed changes.

What a joke! Don't even bother using the myVegas reward for a comp drink (cocktail) .
No cocktails available, just watered down cheap Jack equivalent and coke, or a nasty gin & tonic.....
Most likely, we just got a muppet bartender who has zero skull on customer satisfaction.....
Waste of space.
Went specifically to see Garage Boys. They were really good. However, the service sucked. A waitress never one time came to our table. Even though she was at the table right next to us she never made eye contact. We had to go to the bar on the other side to get a drink. It cost $47 for two drinks. Someone asked the waitress to order a drink and she said she wasn’t taking orders right now. There is a sign on the table that says two drink minimum but we can’t even order one. Super disappointed

Finished a concert at the House of Blue and was waiting for our ride home when we decided to stop by the Rhythm and Riffs Lounge to pass time. The cover band was playing and we sat down at the bar. We were greeted by a man with shoulder length silver hair (unfortunately never got his name), and ordered one drink and a tap water. He checked on us a few times, but we didn't need much since we were waiting for our ride.Around 11:15pm we asked for the check because our ride was there, and he told us we couldn't check out because we didn't order two drinks, and it was a two drink minimum. We told him that there was no signage anywhere and he never mentioned anything when we initially ordered one drink and a water. He refused to give us the check and argued with us aggressively. We ended up paying what we owed and left.Terrible experience, if there is no clear signage or verbal indication of a two drink minimum, then you can't hold our check hostage. Would not recommend the bar, but the band was great!
No menu and no prices , rude bartenders !!
I had the same experience as Jennifer Throndsen. Bar tenders don’t pour what you order if you prefer to go anything above low shelf liquor. Don’t come here.
Same as Jennifer Throndsen. I ordered a $26 drink and clearly didn’t get what I ordered. Stay away from this place unless you want to pay for expensive drinks and get low quality swill.
Went to have a cocktail during a volleyball game break—first of the day at 7 o’clock in the evening. My father who has been drinking 12 year old Macallan for 20 years ordered a double. What they brought was not Macallan. So, we called over the waitress and let her know. She came back with the bottle and said look we poured it out of here. So my dad said we’ll go ahead and pour it in front of me, which she couldn’t as she wasn’t the bartender. They went up to the bar where the bartender chastised my father for wasting good liquor. The person who deserved the shame was the bartender for trying to pull one over on us as my dad certainly knows what Macallan tastes like given he drinks it everyday. Be sure if you go here you know what you’re ordering as they’ll likely lie to you, too.
