The waiter simply was incompetent. They could not handle serving our group of over 10 people. It took a long time for the food to come out for a sushi place.
They pushed the all you can eat option then proceeded to miss some of the items we ordered. They also didn’t have stuff avail that is on the all you can eat menu.
The waiter took over 45 mins to bring the bills and then a long time to process the bills. It took way too long for us to get out of the restaurant, over an hour. Will never come back that’s for sure. Save yourself your precious time and go somewhere else

One of ushers is very snob. Environment is great! Waiter is super nice.
Fish has a big problem. Many sashimi is not fresh and covered by ginger and other stuff. Seaweed is super hard and unable to be chewed. I highly suspected they didn’t give me fresh one. This is kind of risky. If any traveler gets sick, Westgate will also get trouble.

The worst restaurant experience I have ever had. After waiting 40 mins for a table, which is fine, we waited in the lounge for 30 more minutes before being led to the sushi bar. We waited there while the staff argued around us about where we were going to be seated. We were told our table was ready, but before we could sit down our table was given away to someone who must have been more important. Once we finally were sat at a much too small table we were basically ignored for half an hour. Once we finally got to order it took 30 mins to get our drinks and another 20 to get half of one couple’s food. The other couple’s food never arrived and they decided to leave while we waited another 30 mins to cancel the rest of our food and pay our bill. I was excited to go here but this experience was not good at all. The staff were openly arguing feet from our table and nobody was having an enjoyable time. We spent over 2 hours here and half our party didn’t get to eat. The food we did get was fine but I would never ever go back. This is the new low bar for dining experience for me

Not that many people here yet staff seem very stressed, might be 20-30 minutes before they visit your table, food is good but the all you can eat is not actually all you can eat, you are limited to the number of items you may order, after you order the 1st rolls next dishes are served without Wasabi or ginger, quality of food makes service very disappointing

I never leave reviews, but the experience was terrible enough that one was necessary Only decided to eat here because the interior of the restaurant looked cool. Who would have thought a chain restaurant would be so poorly managed, you would think they would have their shit together. Wanted to sit for bennihanas hibachi but due to some misunderstanding we got sat at their sushi restaurant which is owned by them. We opted for the all you can eat sushi. 4 of us got sat around 8:20pm. Did not get our drinks for AT LEAST an hour later. Then the food for was served at least another 20 to 30 minutes later. Not the servers fault but the management. It was one waitress working a large area. Never did once come by to apologize for the wait or help the 1 waitress. Once the food arrived we were told that the kitchen was closing and to order more food, before we even had a chance to eat. They forgot what we ordered so server had to come back twice to the yable to verify. Food was not terrible but not worth the service and wait. Had much better for less elsewhere. We wanted to speak with the manager but he or she never came by. Asked for some compensation, so they comped pur drinks only. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. My family owns a sushi restaurant, and this was a major disappointment. We would never run things like how they did.

Made reservations, waited 30 minutes to get our order taken, then took another 45 minutes to get our drinks, then 30 more minutes to get the food. What should have been an hour long meal was over 2 hours. Mediocre food, not worth the price.

So i found this place when i first came to vegas and i had the all you can eat option the menu was limited but it was still great. The atmosphere was great, customer service was great and the all you can eat sushi was a great deal. I enjoyed the experience and will return again.

Go for the all you can drink option with the all you can eat option. Best value. $15. Had 3 beers and 5 saki decanters. Felling good. 2024, no more all you can drink package. They figured me out.

The restaurant is very pretty, but the food is not good. We did the all you can eat but the only thing any of us liked was the mochi. Not a fan of any of the rolls, appetizers, or nigiri, and we ordered several different types. The fish did not taste fresh and a couple members of our group got sick after. The specialty carpaccio was so-so.

All you can eat is the way to go. Salmon and tuna carpaccio are amazing. Nigiri > sushi rolls (much more bang for your buck— the sushi rolls are mostly crab salad… and have sooooo much rice vs actual fish). Pretty good quality fish though! Great service and atmosphere! Wish I could have sat at a table with a view of the water feature instead of facing the sushi bar though. Do note that their kitchen closes after 9:45, and they start running out of stuff towards the end of the night, so don’t come right at closing like I did if there’s something specific you want. I think I got the last of the salmon carpaccio tonight and I’m so glad I didn’t miss it— it’s delicious!
Ming at Rikki Tikki Sushi is a gentleman a true hidden gem at The Westgate Resort.
He took very good care of us and made it a memorable experience. He made numerous excellent recommendations and provided exceptional service. The food was excellent and the lemon sushi (recommendations of Ming) was phenomenal.
We thoroughly enjoyed our full course meal at Rikki Tikki and will return back whenever we find ourselves in Vegas again.
Go Ming!

While waiting for the live band at the lobby of the Westgate Hotel & Casino, I stumbled upon Rikki Tiki Sushi. As a Japanese food enthusiast, I was instantly intrigued by the restaurant’s inviting atmosphere. The cozy setting, paired with a fantastic menu, made it a delightful dining experience.
From the moment I started with the Miso Soup and Seaweed Salad, I knew I was in for a treat. The sushi rolls were fresh and expertly crafted, each bite bursting with flavor. Their specialties, Salmon Carpaccio and Tuna Carpaccio, were simply outstanding—delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Nigiri selection was extensive and mouthwateringly delicious.
Rikki Tiki Sushi is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. Whether you’re a sushi aficionado or just looking to try something new, this place will not disappoint. And Sho Chiku Bai Ginjo the last one to take? plus Green Tea Dessert. The BOMB?
