Third Update 2025: Because it's just THAT consistently good! Our server Max is incredible, topping up drinks and ensuring our every need was met like an absolute magician! Truly a rarity in Vegas: the team here is sincere, genuinely working their hardest and it shows in the great quality of the food. Shout out to Max, keep rocking the jammies and making everyone's day! ❤️ A second shout out to the management here: Bruce, the manager on shift when we visited was so professional, caring and wonderful that we had to stop him and thank him for making it such a great experience. Second Update, 2024: Rise And Shine stands out as THE place where you absolutely cannot go wrong. Years of consistent 5 star service and incredible food - everything on the menu is perfection! Pssst, try their burgers after 11:00 AM to find your newest burger joint! Karen G. is one of our favorite servers, she's THE sweetest and goes above and beyond to ensure we're spoiled and all of our drinks are topped, everything is fantastic! Thank you, Karen!

UPDATE: Rise and Shine is still shining! Years later, we still come here for incredible breakfasts (try their burgers and be pleasantly surprised!). Our server Max was AMAZING. Hearty, delicious breakfasts made with fresh ingredients, amazing lattes, excellent service with a smile, this place is now one of our top favorite restaurants. Portions are HUGE, (you can ask for half orders, listed on the menu), food comes out piping hot, and the cheerful decor and service really makes this establishment one of the great ones. Sammy absolutely made our day, she was such a delight! Thank you!

The menu is different and they're doing their thing. It was not my jam but the food was prepared well. The service was spot on. The service staff wear pajamas - which was odd to me. I had the chilaquilles with carne asada and salsa verde. They were good but not traditional style. The tortilla chips were crispy like I prefer. The carne asada was seasoned differently than I expected. The French toast was good and the option to order a short or tall stack is good.

WOW! Our server, Karen, is absolutely amazing. Funny, prompt and professional.
Senior breakfast is affordable.
Steak-savory; silver dollar pancakes-light and fluffy; eggs-cooked to perfection; French press coffee-spot on!

If you haven't been here ..... you NEED to!!! Their crusted French toast are to die for!!!! If you like pancakes......you'll LOVE theirs. The staff are all dressed in pajamas, which makes for a fun environment. My family & I really enjoy having breakfast here. Just know that if you come on a weekend they do get busy, but the wait is worth it.
