Come here quite a bit and today the service and food was not great. Slow service, coffee was cold, food was just warm when served. Will go again as hopefully it was just an off day

Clean space inside. Very welcoming. Karen was our server, and while I'd reviewed the menu the night before, I appreciated her menu review. She was attentive and informative with our order. The cup o' bread was delicious. Our food order was cooked perfectly, delicious and a pretty large portion. I'll definitely be back!

My dad went in there earlier today, and I understand my dad does dress differently. My dad is disabled. Today I gave my dad money so he can go out eat at this restaurant. It was his first time there and when he got sat down and ordered his food. He was expected to pay upfront. I don’t know if it was racial discrimination or if there was a “vibe” but I would like to have this issue addressed. If that’s the way you guys do your service then I can’t believe that you guys are rude enough to treat a DISABLED person in that manner. I also understand my dad was also being rude and asked for a refund. But he did ask if everyone else in the store is charged before eating the server said no, but he has to pay first. I just find that rude and immature and disgusting. Just because he’s a person of color and I repeat disabled dosent mean he should get treated so unfairly.

Our server Stacy was so nice and attentive! She took great care of us, checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed for our delicious food. I definitely recommend the steak and avocado omelette. We will definitely be back!

The staff was nice and welcoming, the dining area was clean but the food was not worth it. The logo says it's a steak and eggs place. It is not. I had a fried steak and eggs dish, the steak was very dry, almost burnt and looked like it had been fried earlier than refried. My husband had a steak chilaquiles dish, the outcome of that was the same. Dry, re heated over all flavor was not that good.

We had an amazing brunch experience at Rise and Shine, thanks in large part to our fantastic server, Karen. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. She was attentive without being overbearing, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right.

Karen’s positive energy and professionalism added so much to our meal. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The food was delicious, but it was Karen’s service that made our visit unforgettable.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with cheddar. What I got were four half slices of toasted cheese bread. Nothing stuck together. This was far from a grilled cheese sandwich and went to the garage disposal. Then they refused to make hashed browns without green onions. Who puts those in hash browns anyway?

First time eating here and absolutely the last. What a waste.
