Had the #13, 5 Rolled Taco Combo. Food was burned and very small portions of everything on the plate. Also, just a few flakes of cheddar cheese and minimal sour cream. Riva’s use to be good, but this place has decided to cut costs. Good luck with that plan considering the number of other taco joints in this town.

I used to enjoy coming here once every month, until the last time I was there, I’m Hispanic so I understand Spanish, the lady that’s on the register, was belittling a NON- Spanish speaking customer of COLOR and she was saying it in Spanish so the guy wouldn’t understand. That has to be racist. I will go back there sometime and order something small, to get her name and edit this review and add her name because of her words, she makes this business look bad.

Their carne asada is straight up trash — hands down the worst quality carne I’ve ever had from any fast food spot, including taco trucks. Every bite was a challenge, packed with gristly bits that were impossible to chew, making the entire experience unpleasant and downright disgusting. To make matters worse, the meat was completely flavorless, as if no seasoning touched it at all. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Save your money and your taste buds this place is not worth it.

We used to go to Rivas in Henderson. 10 minutes ago we stopped in this location for the first time and the worker said they are out of tacos. Most ridiculous thing for a taco place to run out of tacos. So we went around to Robertos that was right around the corner and were treated way better. Obviously, never coming back.

Worse Chicken Enchiladas I have had from a Rivas. The one on East Sahara, the chicken had no taste and was dry also my nieces Carne asada fries the meat was dry and fries was old. I've never had an issue before from other locations but this one really sucks, SMH.
