The sauce on the wet burrito was straight up Prego or Ragu.
The vegetarian burrito had thousand island sauce in it, and chips. Was very confused.
The ONLY thing bad I can say about Riva's is that they are a bit expensive for MY "never spend $10+ on a meal" tastes, but are Las Vegas average. I will definitely go back the next time I really want to treat myself because their carne asada is off the charts DELICIOUS! It tastes like family cookout grilled steak! DELISH!!!!
My mouth is watering just remembering the absolute BEST tasting beef I've had in DECADES!
Casa del Sabor on Sahara is cheaper and pretty good, but I won't go back after getting rude customer service my last 2 visits. I'm done with THEM and would go to their downtown cart where I first tasted their nice carne asada without the uppity Sahara attitude.
When I want delicious beef, Rivas is where I'll go from now on unless I find a place with great steaks. Applebees with their mediocre $20 steaks sure isn't it.

Rivas is always a great spot to get some quick mexican-american food. Went here before leaving town for the day and the gentleman who took my order was very helpful and kind. Food was pretty good, nothing too crazy. Churros were definitely 9.5/10 though. Definitely recommend!

I can't really rate it but wanted to just say how very very expensive it is. I drove 5 miles out of my way to give it a try and when I got there the place was empty. Albeit it was 9pm but no one was around. Service team was in back and didn't come up for about 4 minutes.
While reading the menu I could not believe the prices....seriously I only wanted a bowl of posole. It was 14.50...WTH....it's a fast food Mexican place right? The plates were ranging higher than that. I just hadn't planned on spending high dollar prices in an establishment that duplicates the inside of every Robertos! I excused myself and told him I decided not to order. He said he understood. Why would I pay prices that they charge in a sit down restaurant if I was going for quick Mexican food? I will have to pass or wait until I can get a payday loan to go back and try it here. FYI, it was clean to the eye, but had a funky smell to the place. Sorry won't be back.
Bad attention from the staff, unprofessional attitude especially from the girl, she is quite rude, they shouldn't have someone with no experience in customer service! And if the owner reads this, I invite him to check the cameras from today's date!

Slow service and small portions on chicken nachos even though they charge $14.99! Won't be going back.
