I just wanted to reach out to whoever is the manager of the store # 6 by UNLV on University center I'm a property manager that works in the area and I came in to order for my office staff the young lady whoever works around the afternoon time has very bad customer service she was not pleasant she was not polite and when I asked for more sides to go with my office staff order she was not willing to assist so I actually called someone in my family who was bilingual and when they spoke to her and asked for a supervisor then she offered to assist I'm not going to recommend anybody in this area of University center to eat here and I'm also going to not recommend any of my other property managers in my area allowed to eat here customer service goes a long way and as a property manager I know the importance of that I will recommend them to eat a Roberto's which is right across the street because I never have to worry about their service.

I used to really love Rivas but lately when calling to place an order ahead of time, they'll tell you it'll be ready in X minutes. When I get there, not only has that time already elapsed, but they haven't even began cooking the food. What's the point of calling ahead if they're just going to sit on their hands until you arrive? Won't be back.

Posole was not that good

Asada fries was Cold sloppy couldn't even finish it...

The food was good but overshadowed by the portions. The portion sizes when dining in are abysmally small. I didn't realize they gave me lettuce until I removed a slice of tomato and saw a PINCH of lettuce. Everything else was also small. The atmosphere is horrible. A giant room with no noise or people leads to a normal conversation sounding like a screaming match. The place was well kept and clean, but I think that's because most people that come in are just for mobile deliveries.

The food is really good I am brutally honest best steak fries in the world I have ever tried I have been a come and going customer for a really long time come try the food you will fall in love with it 😋

Still our first choice for Mexican fast food,
We have been eating Rivas for about 5 years now and counting ,
Asada burrito, asada quesadilla and asada fries are our all time favorite.

My son goes to UNLV and had a late show. We went here to order to go (against my better judgement and previous reviews). Order came out wrong onve we checked at home. Missing a few items and charged for a plate order but was given a side order instead. So hungry and disappointed.

I ordered chicken nachos and got sick from them plus the guy at the window was rude.
