Es war sehr kalt wir haben gefroren ! Der Service war nicht organisiert und eher aufdringlich . Essen war nicht dem Preis würdig . Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend
Absolutely wonderful! The whole staff took great care of us. The lobster/wagyu/black truffle special was outstanding! Along with the incredible deserts made by pastry chef Joie! Will definitely come back!
Food was spectacular. View is tremendous. Wine and food prices were fairly reasonable for a high-end Strip property. Would highly recommend.
Underwhelming and disappointing. I ate there many years ago and took a party of 6, this time. Our experience started with having to either puzzle or give up drinks purchased in the downstairs bar upon our arrival. When asked for the manager to complain, he offered champagne to our entire table, a nice gesture until later we realized that EVERY table in the restaurant is given complimentary champagne. Decent selection of wines but over priced, portions are all a bit small. The mussels were mushy and felt like mashed potatoes when you bit into them. Carpaccio was one of the smallest portions I have been server anywhere. The duck was bland, halibut was good and the steak was fair. Skip the risotto. The view is outstanding, but the decor feels tired. Skip this one unless you want to impress your guest with how much you are spending. My last impression was our waiter leaving the credit card machine on the table and walking away. He couldn't be bothered to stand, thank us for joining them, and process the transaction.
Chef Winnie Wong and her team made for a memorable experience at Rivea. From the assortment of fresh breads with delicious dipping sauce, chickpea frites (a must try), beet salad (suburb), vegetable cassoulet, sea scallops (perfection) and short rib pasta (so much meat!) to the soufflé with homemade bliss the entire meal was a devine culinary experience in a remarkable setting with an impeccable staff. Lawrence and Alexis were a dream team that left no question unanswered and pampered us from the moment we were seated.
Both food and service here were good. Great time talking with the wine guy who was very nice. The duck was a little rubbery.
Fantastic all the way around. Beautiful view. Elegant and great service.

Honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The atmosphere was average as was the food. The bison was quite good, but everything else average. Bar was fine, but also over rated.

This is my first time in Las Vegas and I ate dinner at Rivea tonight. I had a good experience though there were a few hiccups.
To start, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and was very well decorated. The service was also very good and attentive.
They start out by bringing you cracker-style Breadsticks (presented in a very unique manner) and then an Olive & Anchovie Dip. I'm uncertain if this is always their starter or if it was a special for tonight, but at any rate this did miss the mark for me, as I do not like crackers and also didn't like the consistency of the dip (plus I'm not a big anchovie guy anyway).
Next up I ordered a cocktail and an appetizer. The cocktail was decent - although to be fair I'm very picky. My biggest gripe was that the drink list was so small - there were only 4 cocktails and then a selection of (overpriced, I must say) wine-by-the-glass. The appetizer (and Gillette, I think? Something spelled like that at least) was personally not my favorite, although I think that was more a matter of taste rather than an issue with the restaurant.
I ordered the duck breast as an entree and the flavor was actually very good! It was nice how they incorporated cardamom into it. The apple/persimmon compote they served it with as a little overebearing, but taking just the tinniest bit of that, with the duck and its jus... it was a very good bite!
There was an issue with the duck however - it was cold by the time it got to me. I mentioned it to my server and they brought me out another one. This time it was a little warmer... but still kinda lukewarm. I had a brief conversation with the manager about it - it seems the culprit was a cool breeze coming from their nearby bar, everytime the door opened (which was happening a lot). At this point he comp'd the entree for me, which was very kind and not at all what I was expecting (I had ate the whole thing, after all!) and it soundsl ike the draft is something they'll look into fixing.
I ordered tea and a dessert as well. The english breakfast tea they used was very good, surprisingly! Most restaurants don't get tea right, I feel like. The dessert was... a mixed bag. it was a seasonal fare with a hibiscus sorbet, "smoked cream", and topped with an apple compete. The sorbet was really good, but the apple compote was overbearing (just like with the duck), only this time it was very difficult to only get small bits of it in (since it was poured on top). The real issue I had with it was the cream... it just had this "funky" taste it to it - not sure if it had gone bad, or if that was indeed the desired flavor, but at any rate it wasn't for me.
I realize this review must seem very negative, but I am giving the restaurant 4 stars because I believe the negative aspects of my meal tonight were simply a bit of bad luck and incompatibilities with my own personal taste, rather than issues of the restaurant. They made every effort to make things right - more than I ever would've expected - and I am very grateful for it.

Such a beautiful restaurant! The service exceed my expectations and the food was worth coming back for. I personally loved the duck and the marinated seabass crudo.
They also had a beautiful tomahawk, cut tableside. We didn’t order it but a table nearby did, it looked and smelled amazing.

Rivea may be the best fine-dining experience in all of Las Vegas! From its gorgeous interior and view from the top of the Delano, to its thoughtful staff and truly incredible dishes, my wife and I didn’t want to leave even after our meal just to soak up the luxurious atmosphere. This is definitely on the highest end of the price range when it comes to eating near the strip, but it returns a tip-top dining experience that exceeds expectations. Shout out to our table waiter, Mike, who elevated our experience even more.
Kid-friendliness: This is not the type of place I would take my children, as it is geared to an intimate, fine-dining experience. Even though I am sure the staff would accommodate very well, I believe the others dining there would not be kind to busy children while they are spending $200-400 on their dinner.

One of the best food experiences in Vegas. Food was excellent from burrata and octopus as appetizers, lobster risotto for 2nd course to duck and steak for main course. Beautiful decor and service. We have been here before and we 'll come again. The view is something that shouldn't be missed.

One of best restaurant in Strip with a view. Food is solid and service is good. Price and tasting menu is reasonable compared to Guy Savoy or Robuchon. Dined here several times and so far never disappointed..we’re always very pleased.
A wonderful dinner with exceptional service. They took time to explain all the dishes and the sommelier was very helpful . They also took us on a tour of their facilities and allowed us to go outside and take some pictures . I highly recommend this hidden gem
Everything was good, but the highlight of the night was absolutely the foie gras - unlike anything I've ever had. Not a pate, this was sliced, smoked, and I would fly back to Vegas just for that dish.
