I placed an online order for delivery. I waited outside saw a car pull in and stop get out and I took out my phone with my flashlight I tried calling to him but the car was loud and they did not hear me. The order was delivered to the wrong unit number and the car in fact came up to Myspace to turn around but did not see me or hear me. I called the location and they said there was nothing they could do about it there was no one else there to help the manager would not be in until the morning. There was no customer service whatsoever he in fact said " there is nothing I can do "this was the first time I ordered for delivery from them and it will be the last. The transaction is pending with my bank therefore I could not dispute it yet. So I am out a dinner, money, time and left very frustrated. This was the Roberto's on Flamingo and Rainbow in Las Vegas.

Absolutely no flavor in anything I ordered. Tacos were empanadas and the Tomales were wet burritos. I shouldn't have to force myself to stomach food at a restaurant. Even the sauces were watered down. Threw out most of my lunch. Hope the raccoons enjoy it at least.

100% legit. Makes me hungry every time I think about it. This particular one was a good hike from Fremont street but a nice break if you need to get away. I had a carne asada burrito, with extra guacamole. No rice or bean filers as it should be. A real burrito!

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and when I bit into the burrito there was a popsicle stick inside. I went back and the lady who handed me my order was the one who I spoke with. She never apologized or offered to remake it, though of course that's not what I wanted. I asked for a refund and she went to the back as if there was an approval that was necessary for this matter. She also proceeded to yell and she threw the money over the counter at me. The rest of the employees also came to the counter and looked as if I am being intrusive....... Horrible customer service and an even more disgusting place to eat. No one could explain why and how this happened.

Twice I have placed orders saying NO SOUR CREAM on ANYTHING, and both times now there is Sour Cream...I ask for a Veggie Chimiunga Burrito Enchilada Stlye and I get a Deep Fried Burrito without being Enchilada Style...I want to keep coming there, but even when I ask the cashier, No Sour Cream? He says to me "no Sour Cream" I get the meals home and there is SOUR CREAM, on EVERYTHING!

What can I say but the food is delicious and the portion sizes of their dishes are huge too. I ordered the carne asada fries and the California burrito. The portions for the carne asada fries was massive. The California was huge too! They don't go skimpy on the ingredients in their dishes at all. The service is pretty good. They're quick on helping you out, taking your order, and getting your order ready as well. The ambiance is clean and not fancy at all. You can't go wrong with the amazing late hours they are open for business. The only draw back that I can think of is that they don't have too many employees that speaks English when you're placing or picking up your orders. But they do have a few personal on duty that can speak English though.

It was ok. I remember coming to Roberto's back in the day. I feel that it didn't get better. It used to be the place to get burritos and tacos on the go. Now there are so many locations and they can't get the original recipe. Don't get me wrong it' still taste good, but not the best anymore.
Restaurant was completely empty when we arrived, only person eating was a worker on break. There was a cook and a cashier ready for our order and it was given wrong. The food tasted good which was made by order and quick. When we returned to correct the mistake cashier didn't want to help.

I go to this location once a week to get the Wednesday taco deal for work. I get a big order every time and they are always super fast and nice. I've gone in every Wednesday for a year and they've only messed up the order once. Great customer service and the food always tastes amazing.
