Absolute trash. They’ll shut the window in your face and proceed to do anything but help you with your order (taking out the trash, counting tips , etc). Do better, ya’ll. Not for me (I won’t be returning) but for the next person. It’s really not that hard to provide decent customer service — or is it?

Ordered a chorizo burrito. ADD fries & sour cream. I didn't know by paying for extra stuff to be ADDED that they would REMOVE the already paid for chorizo in the burrito.

Absolutely love eating at any of there location.

If I can give ZERO STARS I would, at first I thought it was because I was black , but when I sent my Hispanic boyfriend he had the same experience , the food was terribleeeee , the quacomole was in chunks and they barley put any meat in our burritos, the flavor was off it was just an horrible experience . The wait was soooo long , but I’m a patient person so that didn’t bother me because I’m thinking the longer the wait the better the food. Nope it was terrible, making ROBERTOS look bad. Please step it up. Will not ever return.

Quick service...Good food...Ordered the asada burrito and it's huge...No jalapenos at the condiment station but I'll let it slide ... Everything else was decent...The dining room is way small...So be ready to take your order to go...I will definitely go again .
