some of the worst service I've ever experienced. and the servings are kind of on the scheisty side. I've been there a couple times with some good service. but overall it's a tight spot... meaning they're stingy

Without a doubt, the best burrito I've had in summerlin so far. I have been to a few other places, but these folks are great. I only wish their place was bigger, so I could bring a large party to dine in. 😊

Ordered fish tacos. Fish was dry and overcooked. No cabbage, just lots and lots of onions and some pieces of lettuce that were put through a food processor. Corn tortilla was rubbery. Maybe the worst fish taco I ever had. Hate to say it but the fish tacos at Del Taco are better. If you are in Vegas and you are looking for some good fish tacos, get on a plane and fly to Mexico because you are not going to find them in this town. Believe me I have looked.

once again back to a 1. chimis deep fried crunchy, they are not suppose to be soft or soggy or full of cheddar cheese, the refried beans have zero flavor. need to check dates and putting fresh over old stuff. some reason we got a container of beans these actually had flavor. but the meat in my chimi and my husbands carne asada was half of normal portions. must have new crew again or lost the glue that fixed them the last few times. such a shame. $35 bucks + tip, rounded to $41, isnt chump change and i expect it to be edible and fresh. will not give this store another chance. i live 2 blocks from this one., the drive to the Rainbow store will be worth it

Roberto's will always be THE SPOT to go to! My man and I picked up some carne asada fries and let me tell you, THEY WERE AMAZING! The only reason why i don't give it a 5 is because we asked for guacamole on the side and because things were being replenished and the floors were all wet, but other than that, it was really good.

Reviews for Roberto's overall seem so mixed, so I was hesitant to try it. There are not many late night options in the area, so being open 24/7 is a huge plus.
I've gone a couple times now and I'm a huge fan of their chicken and their carne asada! Their chicken is cooked with tomato, onion, and I think bell pepper for lots of flavor. The hard shell chicken tacos are great, and they add lots of cheese which is awesome! The carne asada always tastes fresh and the meat is tender and flavorful. My husband and my roommate both love the California burrito. Hefty portion! The carnitas here are great too, love it in their tortas. And it's served without cueritos which is my preference. Their rice and beans are good too! Plates can be a little sloppy but the food is plentiful and oh so good! Perfect for a late night bite. I also love their salsa and condiments station where you can take as much as you need of anything. Love the marinated onions!
Overall I love Roberto's! If you don't then you're missing out!
