Great place for your basic Mexican food. Lotta onions in my pico which I'm not a big fan of and the fries weren't crispy at all, but overall good burrito for your buck. Service is fast and the salsa bar always good! Hard to complain on that

The food here is great and authentic. My favorite is the Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito. Very tasty, very filling and definitely holds you over till lunchtime, or even till dinner. Thanks for a great breakfast stop

Roberto's taco shop has authentic Mexican food that is very tasty and good for takeout. Service is fast. I can only speak for One Roberto's taco shop, and that's the one on Rampart. It is excellent and has excellent food. We go there quite often. We usually always get takeout and bring it home and enjoy it. I highly recommend them. Thank you Sincerely Penny Nichols

Quesadilla was greasy, taco meat hard and the service was horrible!! Very rude staff!!! Took me 4 times before they answer the phone and then slammed the phone and put me on hold. Horrible customer service.

How dare they not accept tips on credit card! This is stupid nobody carries cash anymore! The staff works so hard and I can't even tip them. If I don't have any cash on me this is the first time I've been here what a horrible policy and it needs to be fixed ASAP!

Ordered menudo today. All of the tripe was just fatty. They were large pieces that you couldn't even eat. I had to cut it up in order to get a mouth bite. The flavor of the menudo was not up to par. I usually go to the Roberto's on fort Apache. Their menudo is always really good I don't know why it's different it's still Roberto's.
Recommended dishes: Chile Relleno and Cheese Enchilada with Rice and Beans, Rice or Beans, Chicken Burrito, 3 Rolled Tacos

Today I stopped by for some nachos and a roast burrito. The truth is, it was horrible. The meat was very tough and other. Those who charge also place orders and do not wash their hands or cook or charge. Very bad service. I do not recommend it. I prefer beans and fresh ones. It is worth paying more.

In general it is an okay place, similar to a place we used to eat at in LA, named Burrito King. We live nearby so have gone there a number of occasions. Tonight was not the first time we were disappointed. I called for a simple order of two different burritos, asking to subtract rice in one, add beans in another. They said 15 mins for pickup. I went there in time but they had forgotten the phone order, strange too since there was only one visible customer eating at a table. I repeated the order in spanish to the cook, who shook his head, and proceeded to make it. When I got home, they actually did add (very few) beans to the meat burrito, and got the other burrito wrong, subtracting both the rice AND the beans, not what I asked for. Furthermore, my meat burrito was only warm, not really hot like it should be. Suffice it to say, I will probably not go there any more. Perhaps some of their other locations are better staffed, these workers here were just going through the motions lackadaisically. I will probably only return here for their Wednesday hard shell taco specials, currently at 1.49 each (these also have way too much shredded chicken but cannot complain given the price. I would much rather they took half the chicken meat out and spiced it up with more vegetables, but it is what it is, at any rate)
