I had today at Roberto’s Taco Shop. I come here often and have never had a problem before. But the older lady at the counter was very unprofessional. I ordered carne asada, but she served me carnitas and repeatedly insisted that I had ordered carnitas, even saying “you don’t know what you’re ordering” and “what do you want me to do then?” with a nasty attitude.

Until I left, she kept insisting I was wrong. My friend even walked in and overheard me clearly ordering carne asada. I asked for a refund because the order was wrong, but she refused and said she would just recook it, even though I didn’t want that. My meal was ruined, and I had to throw the food away.

As soon as I walked in, she was arguing with one of the employees and seemed to take it out on me. I hope she figures out how to handle her behavior properly, without ruining customer orders or showing a negative attitude.

Haven’t eaten the food but the 1 star was for the “unhappy” cashier named Gloria I guess, I said unhappy because didn’t smile, said thank you or answered back when I said thanks, she handled the orders in a good manner tho.

I spent 28 dollars on 2 carne asada quesadillas terrible terrible quality McDonalds is way better than this and it’s a restaurant. Terrible service old Mexican man is rude doesn’t wanna do his job why work there quit terrible service will never ever come back

I love Roberto's burritos and have been to many of them throughout the Vegas Valley. The Roberto's on S Fort Apache is by far the nicest atmosphere and cleanliness wise. The carnitas burrito I had was delicious!

Paid over $10 for a veggie burrito that barely had any beans and tasted terrible. Very disappointed — not what I expected at all. Won’t be coming back.

Fast service, food fresh off the grill, food was absolutely amazing, shout out to the workers extremely nice and hospitable, price was also great! highly recommend!
