Going out to celebrate my wedding and we waited 24 minutes for a single order of carne Asada fries. Completely cold you can see the unmelted cheese and burnt meat. Really wasn’t busy either. The guy was not friendly up front. Thanks guys

This place is great!! Open 24 hours a day... No alcohol but walk up to the counter and order whatever off of a very large menu.... Quick service every time I've eaten here... The little sides of the house red and green salsa are both different and very good.... Food pretty much always seems made to order and fresh....shrimp a la Diablo are tasty and a perfect amount of spice!!! Chicken rolled taquitos with cheese and 🥑 are very good

The service here is horrible. The staff is extremely rude. When you are ordering your food it is as if you are bothering them by asking them. Not only that they messed up the order. And when calling to speak with a manager for some reason they never have one there. Messing up orders sucks and the rude service is worse.

Their breakfast burritos are extraordinary! Absolutely ginormous and the best I've ever tasted in my life!They're a bit pricey but so well worth it!! And they're open 24 hours which is so nice when you work overnights. Service has always been good. I've never left here even slightly disappointed. This is definitely one of my go to places.

Today I had the worst experience when I bit into my bean and cheese burrito and half of it dumped out.
The worst part is it had a disgusting amount of sour cream, the overall burrito was 2/3 sour cream and the rest beans and cold cheese.
Bad food experience + consistent terrible customer service
I'm not coming back, there are 10x better options down the street.

Out of all the different food options at Sam’s town hotel Roberto’s taco shop was my go to. The workers were friendly and the food portion was big. I get super full and would still have enough bite for later. The carne sada fries was my favorite the fries were always fresh and crunchy unlike the ones I tried at betos(no shade lol). If y’all are looking for a big meal enough for two Roberto’s taco shop is where it’s at. 11/10 would recommend it to anyone staying at Sam’s town hotel.
Ate there twice. Got a taco plate the first time, and dear lord, never had a taco at a little counter shop loaded like this before. Lots of meat, cheese and lettuce. Wish there was a ground beef option because of issues, but the shredded beef was tender enough. Rice was a bit not to my liking, but the refried beans were good enough to notice they were above average. The breakfast burrito was pretty good, with the diced bacon actually mixed well throughout, unlike in a tight ball at one end like the local shop at home can't figure out. And as a 24 hr option, perfect for the casino enviroment.
Their fries are the worst, too oily (beyond imagination). They didn’t provide lemon and sauces on the side when I ordered 5 Tacos. Grilled chicken Taco was just ok.
