I've been to many Roberto's across the valley, in this by far was the most disappointing food I've ever had. I went early Saturday morning to get the fresh batch menudo, and it was really disappointing. There was hardly any tripe in it, i mean like maybe 10-13 chunks. Every other location is so thick you can stand a spoon up in it. It was all liquid. Not to mention being harassed at the door by two dope fiends trying to sell "bag loads of shit" (laundry det, soaps, etc) on was in a complete dope trance, completely out of it right out side the door. The lady working the counter was absolutely fantastic, very sweet, and her customer service was top notch. She was truly the best part of the whole experience. Unfortunately, i wont be returning.

I came to eat dinner on a Sunday at 800 the lady name Vanessa was rude and impatient beacuse I couldn’t decide on what I wanted when I go my food the food was burnt the rice beans and quesadia also the horchata don’t taste like horchata this girl needs to be fired she is un professional

I’m Guessing they got new owners because all the serving sizes are 3x smaller than usual. Cheese Use to stick to the top of my box of carne asada fries 🔥🔥, now i can see the bottom of the plate before i eat.

Late night spot for any local in Vegas after going to the club. Please keep in mind. They turn off their fryers at 2 AM so most of the time you can only get breakfast burritos, but that’s no problem. It was so good nonetheless.

I don't know what happened in this place, the sauces and everything used to be very delicious, the golden chicken tacos on the Wednesday special were a delight, every time my mother comes to visit she loves that I take her to Robertos, because the Flavor reminds us of the flavor of the north and the typical golden tacos of our land. But what a disappointment. ?
The restaurant was super hot, only the part where you order was fresh. The sauces seemed like water and without flavor, everything was very tasteless and reduced. Beans and rice tasteless. I definitely won't return to this place.

Let me start by telling you that I have been a customer at Roberto's at various locations with my whole family for almost 10 years now. We do enjoy their food, which is why I'm giving the food 5 stars. The service by Laura just isn't what anyone deserves. Please get her some customer service classes. We stopped coming to this location, because one night after work someone puked on the floor. She did not clean it up right away or during the duration of our meal. We decided it had been a bit since that happened and tried to give this location a chance again. She had a rude attitude when we came in here last and told us we couldn't have complimentary carrots, even though we spent $80. Like seriously?? Who are the carrots being hoarded for? Enough is enough!!!
The food is very good, and they serve you enough to be satisfied, the attention is a 10 I give it a 5 and the atmosphere I really only go in and out because I only bought takeaway
