Juan who is currently the manager (from what he told me) is extremely rude and unprofessional. To start off when I came up to the register he was on his phone and had an earbud in. I stood there waiting and he just was looking at his phone. I asked him how much his tacos are and he said he doesn’t know the menu? When I ordered I ordered the chicken taco with no chicken and he said they couldn’t do that because they fry it. Horrible customer service from Juan. Next time at least acknowledge a customer and maybe not be texting and have your earbuds in. Definitely 0 stars with my first time ordering (which after arguing he finally said he can go do the chicken taco with no chicken in it. I just wanted a corn tortilla with no chicken (or cheese because I don’t eat meat or dairy). How is that not possible. And if you have to fry it then why not offer a no meat taco without frying it.

The Hispanic ladyat the register always frowns when a man not in her race group orders like myself. Right after my order she followed me from behind her register to see how many green sauces i would take. i only get like two or three. So after i was done she rushed back to the counter there were 4 people waiting to order. lol its 2025 and Racism is at an all time high. Hope they fire her to avoid a potential Law suit like the Guys who sued Dennys. Lastly i asked for no cheese. got home and cheese everywhere. zero stars. i see why people of color is never present when i go there. but ill never go to this location EVER AGAIN!!!!

Shrink-flation sure hit the burritos at this Robert's! Practicaly half sized burritos and the carne asada taco salad was full of a mixture of fat chunks and blackened, burnt crispy crumbles, disgusting! This Roberto's used to be good.

I come into Roberto’s early in the morning after a long 10-hour shift, and for some reason, one of the cooks has a serious attitude problem—especially around 6 AM. Every time I walk in, he’s mean mugging me like I did something to him. Today, he straight up gave me fries so rock hard I couldn’t even eat them. This feels personal at this point.
And let’s talk about the disrespect. I keep hearing him say “chingada” while looking straight at me. I don’t appreciate being insulted in Spanish, especially by someone who clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers with even basic decency. It’s hostile, it’s immature, and it’s disgusting behavior.
If this guy hates doing his job so much, maybe it’s time he finds another one—because messing with people’s food and throwing around slurs isn’t part of the job description. I know I’m not the only one who’s noticed his behavior. Management, are you just going to keep ignoring this? Or are you finally going to do something about a worker who’s clearly bullying customers? Enough is enough.
