We ordered fish tacos that came with next to no sauce and burnt fish, after requesting it be remade, it was burned again. We gave up and requested a refund to be told that the fish always comes burnt (ew) and they will give a refund but to not come back as they don't want to waste food on us anymore. Terrible customer service and completely incapable of cooking decent food.

I ordered six fish tacos from Roberto's Taco Shop (W Cactus Rd location), and every single one was burnt. The fish was completely charred, not even close to being edible. For over $30, I expected much better quality. Extremely disappointed, especially since I've enjoyed Roberto's in the past. I hope management takes this seriously because this was a complete waste of money.

Whoever the cook is today, I almost choked on the eggshells in my burrito. Not good, it’ll be my last time coming. Just remember the reviews help others see if it’s worth supporting your business. Tell your cooks- to do it well or you’ll lose more customers.
