I had one good experience at this restaurant chain in north las Vegas and every other location has been horrible since. I purchased 2 beef tacos from here and I noticed the second taco hardly had any meat. All lettuce and shredded cheese. I won't ever return to this location. Felt cheated. Paid $4 a taco 🌮

Wednesday chicken taco nights (1.59$) are amazing!!! We go there weekly now and love it! I highly recommend the burritos, rolled tacos horchata as well. Robertos does not disappoint!

I went to this store tonight and helped by this chunky guy who’s also doing drive thru . No customer when we went only us . No wonder why because the service is too bad . I ordered adobada burrito and when I asked for cup for water the guy said they don’t give any water cup . Under nevada law restaurant are required to provide water cup to their customer . No wonder why this store has no customer all the time . I wil report them

We ordered fish tacos that came with next to no sauce and burnt fish, after requesting it be remade, it was burned again. We gave up and requested a refund to be told that the fish always comes burnt (ew) and they will give a refund but to not come back as they don't want to waste food on us anymore. Terrible customer service and completely incapable of cooking decent food.

I ordered six fish tacos from Roberto's Taco Shop (W Cactus Rd location), and every single one was burnt. The fish was completely charred, not even close to being edible. For over $30, I expected much better quality. Extremely disappointed, especially since I've enjoyed Roberto's in the past. I hope management takes this seriously because this was a complete waste of money.
