This is our new favorite place! Food is fantastic!!! We always get it to go. Great quality. Good portions. Tons of options. Our usuals are nachos, quesadilla, fries, crunchy chicken tacos, bean and cheese burrito, rice and beans. We always eat way too much, it's all so good. It's also reasonably priced.

Went to get a carne aside sorta with guacamole and sour cream (extra) to go. The torta was small as hell. It was cold and had hard chunks of meat, and they were quite stingy with the meat as well. There was maybe half a teaspoon of guacamole and a dribble of sour cream. The whole sandwich was flavorless. They sure got their money's worth with that inferior product. I will never eat or get anything from there again!!!! It was almost 12.00 dollars for just the total and nothing else! Ridiculous!!!

Im disappointed, I miss the cucumbers, green onions lemons. They still have limes and carrots in baggies. I come to Robertos because the food was good and a little less expensive than the sit down Mexican restaurant I go to. But now the prices are about the same. So I think I will be going to the sit down restaurant that has services.

I have been to several Roberto's and have never been treated with the disrespect that I have at this location. The night before, me and my family ordered food and the wait was longer than usual. We got home and our order was incorrect. I called and asked to speak with the manager respectfully, the lady from drive through said, manager was not in at the time and she does not know who the manager was. I found that to be strange, you work for a company and you don't know who the manager or owner is ? Something is wrong there, I told her my order was incorrect and she told me that I could come in the next morning and receive a refund. I went to the same location the next morning and was told the same lie. I was on my lunch break and had to wait 15 mins for them to call the manager/ owner because they kept telling me that I had to get the problem resolved through the lady from the drive through from the previous night. Finally after 20 mins they remade my order, but the guy remaking my order started slamming our food on the counter as though he was angry. I am an African American woman and I don't think I deserve special treatment, I just wanted the same respect that I was giving. There are some things that are not right with this location and should be looked into immediately.

It gets a little sketchy at night, but they work hard to make your order. The food is always fantastic. If you are complaining about the time it takes, you need to remember you can't rush perfection. Just try to have a little patience.

Come here all the time now. My former goto was the Roberto’s at Whitney Ranch because it’s 30 seconds away from my house, but that location has been off the last 3-5 times for me, so I travel a bit further and make a around to get to this one on Boulder and Russel. The night staff is always amazing. Food is never cold, overcooked or missing items like the other location. The difference is actually nuts to me, it feels like a complete different restaurant/ company. In my opinion. This is the best Roberto’s location.
Nothing but great things to say about this place. The restaurant was well maintained and clean. The service was excellent. The wait time for food was SO fast. The food is good priced and I got leftovers! Great value. The food itself tastes amazing. I got a chimichanga with rice and beans. Comes with sour cream and guac. And they give you free limes and pickled carrots/jalepenos and red or green salsa! I will absolutely be back there. Take my money!!!
