I’ve seen other reviews with customers having the same experiences glad it’s not just us. My girlfriend went to this location at night for the first time and one of the women in the drive-thru was insulting her in Spanish to her other co-worker. The people working there need to understand that it’s 2026 now and people are bilingual. Completely unacceptable.

Went here to meet with some people for work and as soon as I walked in on Saturday the 20th at around 3:00 p.m. One of the younger employees began insulting me in Spanish, assuming that I couldn't understand. The male employee who was insulting me was speaking to his fellow co-workers and they were laughing together. How about a little respect for the costumer, and the company you work for. Terrible location go somewhere else.

I went this drive through on Russell and Boulder Hyway. Then when I got my credit card statement I found out that the drive through employee used my credit card for a fraudulent transaction! I was a regular customer there, but no more.

Robertos is always decent food. This is a stand alone restaurant and the food and service was excellent. It is Mexican fast food, but the place was super clean and the food was good.

1 hour ago I bought a Carne asada burrito from this Roberto's on Russell and Boulder hwy. 30 seconds after eating it I became violently ill and threw it up...... Something was wrong with the burrito. I felt fine as soon as I got rid of the burrito. I have been a customer for 10 yrs.

Order a burrito , cashier was to much in a rush we order it with no rice so the put hardly any meat and more beans
Came here for tacos since it's $1.59 for Wednesdays. There's like two pieces of string chicken on here. I normally go to the one on Sunset and that's where I'll continue going from now on. Not to mention they were overcooked.

It's gotten expensive. Over $10 for a below average sized carne asada burrito. A notch above Del Taco or Taco Bell.

I had went to other Mexican restaurants like Roberto's before and I was always upset about the price and size of the tacos! 5$ for a little dime sized street taco! So when I saw Roberto's also had 5$ tacos 🌮 I was hesitant to purchase. I finally ended up ordering carna asada tacos and they were big! Stuffed with steak! Homemade tortillas like the ones you find in LA!! Yesssssssss so good I've already gone back 5times for more! Lol best lunch break Roberto tacos
