Went inside to order food and the cook got mad because I wanted a burrito so I walked out very unprofessional inviroment from the staff if you don't want to do your job please go find something that makes you happy instead of complaining because someone ordering

We ordered two combos. Rolled tacos and carne asada tacos and our rolled tacos didn't even come with rice or beans. We were also forced to pay an Upcharge of rice and beans for each of the steak tacos? 12$ itself in rice and beans for a combo. Paid 40$ for food made wrong when we were told it was going to be correct:/ love Roberto's but this was sad.

Order online at 5:25pm didn’t get my order until 6:10pm. Order was supposed to be ready by 5:50pm. All I was told that they were over ordered and got busy. My order was made when I arrived at the building to pick it up. This was not acceptable to the customer.

2 starts for the beef rolled tacos were at room temp when I got them. I got them to go. My drive was not far to get home. I've had rolled tacos at other locations, and my rolled tacos were always hot when I got home. There were 2 lady workers here. I won't be back
