Roberto's Taco Shop

I have ordered for delivery multiple times and received ZERO SALSA with my order. There’s no way to leave a note. There’s no way to even pay for salsa in advance.

It’s clear that the employees hate the customers, because why else would you do something like that? Does the management know or care?

I would avoid this place until the management ensures that basic condiments are included on every order.

11/27/2024 went into the restaurant today to get me some Taco Wednesday chicken tacos. The store was very clean. The cashier was very nice and the food was real good.

Ordered carne asada fries and a california burrito. The carne asada in the burritos was dry and tasted burnt. The fries in the carne asada fries were not fresh and were hard.

Stopped in to pickup food to go. I live less than 3 miles from this location. The rice was cold, the cheese enchilada was not cooked - what I got was cold, shredded cheese. The beans were hot and the taco had to be eaten with a fork because they placed it on the enchilada sauce and it was too mushy to pick up to eat. No crunch to the taco shell at all. The music in the restaurant was so loud that I waited outside until my order was ready. Worst Roberto’s I’ve ever been to. Won’t go back.

Apparently it’s more important to smoke than it is to ensure the company makes money.

I waited for him , apparently the only employee working this morning, to finish smoking and he still did not go inside. I waited inside for a few more minutes and then went out to inform him that no one was inside working. . He still didn’t go inside . Shame

I love there burritos! And there carne asada fries! I look forward to Wednesdays at Roberto's Tacos they have great deal for the hard or soft shell chicken tacos. Less than 2.00!!!I love the hard shell. :) the location on Cheyenne is my favorite one the workers there are so kind.

Super fast service! I go every taco Wednesday! You have got to try their chicken tacos, add a few drops of lemon or lime and I promise you will be in heaven!

I ordered a burrito and it was limpy and moist and when I took a bite out of it everything spilled out like an explosion and the burrito unraveled as soon as I opended it to eat it and it wasn’t even hot either 1 out of 10.
