I ordered fried chicken tacos and ended up in the hospital seven days diarrhea vomiting it was horrible A lot of pain neurovirus ?

I wish I could give them a higher rating, but they’re incapable of reading instructions. When I say I don’t like cilantro, or guacamole, they slap that crap on anyway. This has happened literally every single time I’ve ordered from them. Even when I get something without pico, somehow the food still ends up tasting like cilantro.
Maybe if y’all prepare the food away from the green soap flavored stuff, and read the instructions that say no guacamole, instead of literally SMEARING it across the food, I’d give them a higher rating.
Trash customer service!!! The two ladies in the front working the register and giving out the food are very rude and unprofessional. When I came in the cashier was on the phone. She didn’t say anything to me. When she got off of the phone she didn’t say hello, hola or nada. She just nodded her head for me to order. I ordered and told her thank you and she still didn’t say anything back to me. As I waited for my food other people walked in after me and they said hola to everyone else. I ignored it and didn’t say anything. When my order was ready the other lady handed me my food. Something told me not to say anything to her and just grab my food but instead I still said I appreciate it and the other lady didn’t say anything back to me either. I don’t know what their problem was with me but I definitely won’t be going back to this Roberto’s or any Roberto’s for that matter. I used to go to this same Roberto’s some years ago and the man who used to work the register was very friendly. I don’t know what’s up with these new females but they got me messed up! The old me would’ve cussed them out but I just write reviews now lol. Don’t treat everybody else one way and be rude to others. That type ishh can get you messed up. ?????️?️?️?️ and the food is just so/so. I’ve had way better being from San Francisco. I’ll just go to Rivas from now on. Their staff is way nicer.

I’m really big on customer service and theirs is very poor. For one they don’t listen and that’s really important in a customer service setting. They got my order of two grilled chicken breakfast burritos wrong. So I was highly upset to have to travel back to the restaurant after getting home and being late for work. Also they weren't very accommodating nor apologetic. Very dry about the situation. As I was leaving I heard a man come in and say they forgot to put rice in his burrito. I recommended repeating the order back to the customers to make sure you got it right. Cause y'all obviously can’t hear well. Lastly, I would have been a little bit satisfied if the burrito wasn’t small and skimpy, and barely had flavor. I’m used to going to other Roberto’s and getting a nice big burrito that taste so good it had me smiling. Needless to say i won’t ever visit this location. I’ll stick to the one on Centennial and Simmons.

Today I went to this place to eat, I always went and I had no problems, until today when the girl who served me wanted to keep 10 dollars, my bill was 21.35 and I gave her a 20 bill and told her that the rest was on card and he charged me 11 on the card instead of 1 dollar and if it had been a confusion he would have given me the change in cash because I was even sitting in the restaurant for a while eating, check the accounts carefully and when you pay, it seems that they are dedicated to That, the manager Daniel returned it to me, but it seemed disrespectful to me that I had to go again to get my money and thank you that I realized it because my bank notifies me of everything
