The cook in the afternoon is lazy and likes to precook all his meat so he can just get your food out the way like some prison chow line. He is the reason that business sink and lose customers. Instead of making it to order he stands around playing with his fingers heating up the meat in a steel pot the whole day right on top of the grill...smh They need to straighten him up or get rid of him. I will refuse to eat there from now on if hes there sorry! Atmosphere is no bueno!

The food bland and they don't make the food the way you ask. People are complaining about a bathroom between there and the bar they also practice fellatio right where you can see them if you don't know what it is look it up that's disgusting enjoy special sauce on food folks

First time at this location it’s 5pm and the food has no flavor. We got 2 orders of carne asada fries and 2 orders of nachos and meat looks pale. The nachos were bland and barely no other toppings pico, guac and sour cream. This place has lots of reviews with 4.5 stars but we failed to read them. This location needs work

I love Robertos, but this one was a huge disappointment. Crusty eating area. Between Mango's and Robertos, inside by bathrooms, there was a homeless person camped out. The food was extremely greasy and my beloved red hot sauce tasted like pure vinegar. For two combos of 2 taco, rice beans and one large soda we spent $35. I will say the tacos were very big, but it just was NOTlocation. Recommendation, pick a different location.

Rainbow/Vegas location: The building has graffiti, filthy parking lot and a foul sewer smell. Inside it's dated decor, dark and a scary section in the back?. The condiment station needed cleaning.? The cashier was competent, not nice or friendly, but provided service. ? I won't be back.... ??

Best Roberto's in town. They take care of how they prep the food, paying attention to the details like trimming the carne asada of the fat and grisel. Great food
This place is a joke after I ordered a two chicken tacos with Uber eats I was specific that I want a carrots and jalapeños on my order, when the Uber driver arrived and also extra tipped wish I don’t have problem by doing that , I started checking my food I find out that it was nothing but the tacos and try to call them many time to ask them about the issue no one answered the phone ? please don’t go to this place is not it's not worth it
