This Roberto's is garbage. The workers are rude. I am going to Del Taco and Taco Bell from now on. I hope this place goes out of business, So I don't have to look at it anymore. $36 for two dinners? Place is a Mega Rip Off!

Need to update prices online. (i.e. Ham and or Bacon Breakfast Burritos say $5.95 + tax online at multiple sites. Actual price for both are $8.55 + tax. Could understand if it wasnt over $2.60 difference. Please update. Thank You!

We called in an order at 12:30 pm to be picked up at 1pm and when we arrived at 1:17pm, they did not have our order done and ready to go and when we attempted to speak with the manager about why, he was very snide and rude and tried to argue we told them 1:30 which we didn't and thr two cooks on the line were very disrespectful and rolled their eyes at us when we complained about the mistake that THEY made. We told them we would be in at 1 to pick it up twice while placing the order. Will most definitely NOT be going back to this establishment!

The tacos were not edible. They were so hard and greasy. The guacamole was rotten. We were very disappointed with the food. The location on Buffalo And Charleston. Never again what a waste of money, and a long time we waited just to get it.

Food sucks, it's tasteless, salsas aren't even hot or at least spicy, it's like it was done by white people for white people, it seems as tho they put mayonnaise on the rolled taquitos instead of sour cream.. It just sucked??? not Mexican food at all just a big DISAPPOINTMENT and waste of money

The employee Laura R was very rude.

They could not make Carne assasada enchiladas ,worst services ever. Gm has no customer service. Been to fancy Mexican restaurant and they have no problem.
