The chubby overnight guy is a rude dude but the food is good and always available 24/7 so I go but if I had another option as late as I go I would not go.

Best flavored red and green salsa i have had at a robertos in town

I think this location is the best Robertos in Vegas! My go to is always the carne asada nachos. It is consistently perfect portions every time. And I purposely order postmates from THIS location because of the quality and they are the only Robertos thats considerate enough to include red and green sauce while others you can't even request it. Yeah its that important. Appreciate you guys!

Love the food here, but the cashier, is always looks so mad. She's just not friendly and always treats me like I'm irritating her. I avoid this location because of her.

We had been to Roberto’s in the past and it always was great food and solid service. So this was a definite food stop on our vacation in November 2024. We visited 2 different Roberto’s during our stay in Las Vegas this year and both experiences were complete TRASH from the service to the food. In the past the food has been fresh and delicious but I don’t know what happened in recent times but the food was cold and flavorless. Also the customer service was AWFUL. At the 2 different locations we went to, the cashiers were lackluster, low energy, not friendly or helpful. Also I accidentally left some personal items a table and left the restaurant. Once I realized, maybe like 5 minutes after I left the restaurant, I called the restaurant and asked for them to check the table, which the cashier promptly lied and said she looked but didn’t find anything but we retrieved the video of the person who stole my item and it showed she never left the counter. My call and the video was simultaneous according to the timestamp on the video. Whatever the magic once was here is definitely gone. When visiting Vegas, don’t go here because the customer is definitely not considered or appreciated.
