I absolutely love Roberto’s but the 6440 S Hualapai location on the corner of Sunset is unfortunate. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the road to the location on Hualapai and Desert Inn for much better quality food, genuine kind service and a clean attractive dinning room. The Hualapai/ Sunset location is lazy and cheap towards Customers. They are inconsistent as well with what you can order.

I came here for my first time earlier this week. I got 2 carne asada tacos. They were okay. Nothing special and nothing terrible. Portions were generous.

I ve been ordering from this location. I always order carne asada fries. Cashier is nice but I noticed that verytime they are giving me even less fries. If I didn't had to be at work 30 mins away I would turn back and ask for refund. Its almost half empty. Cheap service

Came in with a broken foot and they were very nice and helpful held the door open for me and even grabbed sauces from the sauce bar for me
The food here is always fresh and amazing. The staff always go the extra mile. You have to try the carne asada nachos and add rice. They're the best thing on the menu!

Charged more for the breakfast carne asada burrito, they do have a notice saying that anything egg based would be more, that's fine, I got charged more and was given with the two I ordered they added like a teaspoon of eggs between the two
