The most inefficient robertos I been to. Over 45 mins for a burrito and carne asada fries. They ended up giving my food to somebody else causing me to wait for 45 minutes ridiculous. I would avoid this robertos spot and just go to a taco bell then come back here.

They are changing 1.25 small container of sauce, won’t go back, I understand people were probably taking advantage of getting large containers and filling up however $1.25 is a lot, $.50 would’ve been fair.

First their deep fryer wasn't working so there was a ton of things they couldn't make, I'm like why would you even open at all if your restaurant is that crippled? Second, they tried to charge me $7 just for some sauce to turn a burrito into a wet burrito. And probably the worst is that the woman at the cash register did not speak any english so it was very hard to communicate with her. Seriously? You're dealing with an American public and you don't speak any English at all? WTH?

Waited over 2 hours for an order the cook was a new guy dark complexion , has glasses on the bigger side horrible never coming back

Grate spot, location wise is kinda odd but kinda not. Lots of parking, has wheelchair access.
Cleanliness in side and out. Staff is grate, friendly, and serve you as if at a sit down restaurant. Not too busy and Door dash orders are always on point.

I specifically ordered beef tacos telling them I am allergic to chicken, they smiled said sure, I just got home halfway through a taco and I am swelling up , took the other two apart a d they are chicken, off to the hospital now thanks guys

So I received order for Uber eats from this Roberto taco’s location and I was pretty sure it’s gonna take 5 to 10 minutes. Eventually, I spend their 25 minutes immediately when I came inside they told me it’s gonna take a couple minutes and after 20 minutes they told me it’s not in the system and they have to put it in the system to start making it. That’s very rude actually considering delivery driver’s helping them to make more money.. so I just lost 25 minutes in 12 bucks. and left if you do deliveries, never accept orders from here.
