I don’t recommend this Roberts the customer service on the drive thru is horrible they are rude took for ever to get my food and to top it off I ask to speak to the manager and they said the manager didn’t come to work I’m very upset
Totally disgusting! My friend ordered a beef quesadilla, I ordered a machaca burrito. I guess they use the same meat. After a couple of bites, we noticed something did not taste right. The meat was hardly cooked, some pieces still cold and raw. We threw everything in the garbage and left. I don't think the 2 women cooking really would have cared the way they were talking. I hope we don't get sick! In retrospect, I should have called the Board of Health.

Out for a walk and stopped into Roberto’s for a quick bite, 2 tacos and an Enchilada later and we were impressed and full. Great place to stop, open 24 hrs, & was quite busy at 9pm on a colder Wednesday. Great portions and prices.

Ehh it’s always poor customer service here. This is the last time I will visit. They were out of water cups and wouldn’t give a different cup to have water with. I’m never coming back to a Roberto’s taco shop. The food is mediocre and customer service is always poor. Next time you guys are out of water cups, you give a customer a bigger cup since they just ordered food from you, and you fill it with water. Done. Until management get’s their act together and get’s more water cups, this is proper customer service. Don’t come here if you’re reading this. There’s way better Mexican food spots around here.

The atmosphere was nice and the overall customer service was good, but the food was upsetting. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the whole thing fell apart every time I tried to pick it up because of how wet it was. I didn't understand why it was so wet in the first place. It was literally dripping juice and oil everywhere. So I asked for it to be re-made or for a refund and at first the lady at the register was saying it was nothing she could do, but then she decided to go ahead and give me my refund. I also ordered the side of beans, which were cold and could tell they came straight out of a can. I decided not to make a big deal and just took the partial refund and left. The lady at the register wasn't rude to me so that's why I gave at least 3 stars. But I won't eat here again because of the food, not the service. The service was good, food was not worth it.
