This place is always a hit and Miss as far as your order but this time!! Worst Service EVER!!!I was in the drive-through. I ordered a wet bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and sour cream in the burrito and I did not get it but what made it worse!Is that they all said that it was in there and then even the Cook came to the window and said yeah I put the Sour Cream in there.He straight out lied to my face !!!! I will not be going back there and I was a faithful customer. I figure when they’re good they’re on point and when it’s a miss it’s 100% a miss but this Time….. This Time… There’s no excuse for that. Why lie about something like that very disappointed!!

Delivery order order $67 worth of stuff. They got one item wrong and didn’t want to correct it wanted us to come to the restaurant with the stuff they messed up to give us a refund or replace the order ordered through delivery for a reason I have no car! The person I talk to didn’t care about all.
Everytime I go the food gets worse and worse. Only b time my food is good and hot is when it's busy. Bad customer service too

I ordered a menudo the worst I ever had. Did not taste like menudo at all. It was served o a thin plastic bowl. Menudo was cold. Nicely asked if it can be heated up.Still wasn’t hot enough.

a las 5:30 pm del día sábado ordené menudo y ya no tenían siendo apenas las 5pm cuando solo venden fin de semana. Decidi ordenar un burrito california las papas estaban crudas y llenas de aceite con un sabor horrible. Pesima comida de este Robertos no lo recomiendo.
