This place seems legit NY style. The pizza was incredible. The 24 inch pie had pieces so big they didn't fit on the plate. Great flavor, and the cheese just kept coming. You know how sometimes you bite a piece of pizza, and you keep chewing and chewing till you realize you accidentally ate all the cheese off the top of the pizza? Well each bite is like that, but you didn't actually pull off any extra cheese. Crust was well cooked with a bit of char, but still...
This is the exact kind of place you expect when you think New York pizza. Pizzas live and die by the crust and no joke this is the best crust I've had in a long time. The crust has this flavorful fermented quality to it, bakes to a perfect crisp. Sauce is quite good, cheese is amazing, toppings are fresh.The price is very competitive with chain stores and the pizza is exponentially better. Don't know bout the rest of the menu. But they have pasta and all sorts of stuff.
