The room is great. The food is always solid. We are always excited to come and bring friends here. But we have started warning people, the service is beyond bad and slow. First time with a complaint and we've visited multiple times over the years. Took 45 minutes to get our first drink. Had to request a waitress twice, after being seated 20 minutes with no service. Didn't even have menus to look over. Waitress was sweet, but overly busy with the number of tables assigned. Shrimp tasted old/freezer burnt. They were out of the hand rolls. We made reservations for a table two weeks in prior to our event. We verified those reservations few days prior to the event. Unbelievably when we got there they had our names for a reservation but no table reserved for us. It was an embarrassing experience. Management team didn't have an understanding of how to handle the situation. Thank you
