Delivered soup to a hotel without a spoon. Two sad tiny squares of overcooked pork belly. Grocery store Ramin. No egg despite prominent photo of egg.Should have gotten the cup o noodles from the front desk. At least they are honest.Seventeen dollars. The restaurant did not answer the phone.

Absolutely no flavor and no spice. Got the spicy miso ramen. Highly disappointed.

We ordered 2 of their Vegan Ramen. One was their Signature Roku Ramen and the other was their Black Garlic Miso Ramen. Both so tasty! Highly recommended!

This is a ghost kitchen and not a dine-in restaurant. The ordering system was buggy. Ordered ramen and didn't even get a spoon. Food was too mediocre for the price.

Amazing ramen!

Highly disappointed on the Roku Ramen i ordered. At $14.95 plus tax, i was expecting more than average flavor. I barely tasted garlic on my ramen and the pork chashu was small and 3rd of it is fat. ?

We decided to try some new ramen and my ramen came out with a sour egg that made me nearly throw up. Very over priced too. The ramen itself wasnt that great either. Broth was bland as well.

THIS IS NOT DINE IN.If you are a tourist, do not try to walk here.Ramen is fantastic! The staff were super nice and helpful too. There are multiple restaurants operating out of the same building. There’s a kiosk to place orders for whichever restaurant you want, then you take it and go.There are 2 dining tables, so it’s possible to eat here. When I walked in, there was a group eating Phó from real bowls and real utensils. But I found out that the only thing you can eat here is Phó. Everything else is To-Go style.

I’ve always hated the thought of ordering ramen for delivery but have ordered Roku Ramen thru Uber Eats a handful of times in the last two months because I can count on their consistency. I get the same quality, same great tasting broth every single time. Kinda wish the portion was a tiny bit bigger but then I’d have no excuse to order an extra side of their yummy noodles each time lol Overall, a really great place to order ramen whether you want to enjoy it at home when you’re not feeling too well or in the office when you don’t have time to pick up lunch.

One of the ramen places I’ve had here in Vegas! I live in San Diego and I’ve had great ramen there but when I visit Las Vegas, this is my go-to every time. 100% recommend this place when you visit or if you’re local! Quick delivery and if you’re on the go, really fast pick up orders.

Mood - Trying it AgainI love Ramen. It is a true weakness like desserts for me. In the valley we have several different options and I wanted to give this restaurant another chance, as I don't like to write bad reviews.Sometimes when places are new they are still working out the snafus. And I've come to realize alot of places don't know there is an issue because most ppl don't speak up or they don't allow the restaurant the opportunity to rectify the situation. To correct the snafus I was contacted and the order was made how I first dreamt it would be. Ramen, Karaage, Teas, and a flavorful Roku Fried Rice Karaage Bowl. The flavors are on point. And my weakness the COOKIES- were so good. I could eat severalThe concept of this restaurant is inside of a kitchen that allows you to order direct or thru a 3rd party delivery company. When you come in give your name and they get your order. Several restaurants are located within the walls. There is a kiosk on the wall for you to check in as well.Would def recommend- pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. Staff is very friendly and courteous. There are so many items on the menu that have caught my eye. I could def see this restaurant getting its own brick & mortar.

Its disappointing. Ordered ramen for take out and they forgot to put the meat so pretty much paid 16 for noodles and egg. Also, boba place doesn’t have boba, which is also unfortunate.
