The Original Rolled Ice Cream

I love this location, sadly we missed it this time around. Maps say it’s open but they posted a notice on the door.

Absolutely love this place has absolutely the best location. Right outside of my son's school so we go there quite often for our little treat kind of became a little after school tradition at this point. The woman working at the front absolutely gorgeous beyond polite and she can make an amazing dessert.

Just pulled up at 830pm on a Saturday night January 3-26 and the the young kids inside said closed for maintenance since a few pans messed up.... Also they miss spelled maintenance. This is the second time we have tried to show up between 730 to 830. So if the owner see this if your business is struggling this may be the reason.

First time ever leaving a review because I was so appalled by this place. Went there with a friend got there 30 minutes before close, which I get can be annoying but you’re still open. While waiting to order and while they were making our ice cream one employee is cleaning; spraying chemicals on the glass and counter right next to the food then placing the cleaning bottle next to the caramel sauce. The girl also grabs the spoons container touching the spoons with her gloves that she was holding a cleaning rag in. The guy making it used the tongs to grab the cup knocking sone over and then grabs the food with the same tongs. No food safety or health protocols being followed. Place reeked of chemicals which shows they clean but you shouldn’t clean the space where food is actively being made.

I gave it a 2 star because it says you're open on a Wednesday on the website but you go to the store and it says you're closed Tuesday an me Wednesday? So which is it??? Would have liked to have tried it with our daughter who was visiting from out of town.

We went to get rolled ice cream, it said it was open but when we got there it was closed. Time is 7:30 pm it says it supposed to be closed at 10pm

My husband and I arrived this Sunday about an hour after they opened. Why were the chairs and tables hidden away? (I can’t recall, but I just remember being confused as to why I only saw 1 table and 2 chairs).

Service was good though.

Horchata flavor was way too sweet in my opinion.

Would give it another shot!

Ice cream is really good, but the service was poor. They’re more interested in talking with eachother over acknowledging you. Haven’t had problems prior, which is why it’s three stars. Just disappointed at this experience.

They are always out of something. It can be napkins or it could be whip cream. They also took away majority of the tables. There only one table with 4 seats. The ice cream is good when they have the product in stock.

Came in to try it since it was a hot day. Looked up the menu online, and the Horchata Churro piqued my interest. It was real good and refreshing on a hot day.

Best thing I’ve ever had

Girls that work there are practicing bad hygiene with the hand washing. Whats the point of washing your hands if you are just going to touch your hair afterwards? I dont want your nasty hair on my ice cream.
