Burnt ends sandwich was practically Candied. Worst peach cobbler I've ever had. Fried oakra was nicely fried but was covered in a rub that didn't have much flavor to it. My parents are from the south and grew up with my dad smoking meats I know what this food should taste like and it wasn't that. Will not return.

But I'm sat here right now in the midst of a beautiful food coma. With my belly full of the tastiest ribs I have ever eaten.
Although I would say, as a Brit visiting the US, the portions are huge! Not a bad thing. Definitely worth a visit.

Some of the best barbecue in Vegas. Highly recommend. I went on a Wednesday night. Food was delicious and came out almost immediately. I had the Pitmaster's platter with comes with five meats with one substitute and 2 sides. I got thw mac n cheese and fried okra for sides. They were yummy. l got sliced brisket, links pulled pork and I had and substituted in extra pork spareribs. There self serve sauces which I did not try. Nothing need sauce except maybe the pulled pork. That just the way pulled pork is. However, the leftover pulled rejeated well and actually tasted a little better.
Large area with benches and an outdoor patio. Very clean. Servers were very polite and approachable. I was able to learn that is busier on the weekends but not crazy. I know the hip thing is have a line around the cornner but this was nice clean quiet spot with excellent food! Cant wait to go back with friends.

Melissa and Andy are incredibly greatful for the tremendous service that Rollin Smoke (Highland Drive location in Las Vegas, NV) provided for their wedding day. They joked that they are not sure if the guest came for the wedding or to have the barbecue again.
Jackie, the assistant catering/banquet server, did an incredible job leading our event. She was attentive, timely, professional and an incredible help and we are truly greatful and appreciative to her.

When you love this place food is always amazing. Ordered an order for Super Bowl Sunday and I’ve got to say my ribs were delicious. My hot links were delicious. My potato salad was delicious, but my burnt ends were horrible so much fat on them.

Was here yesterday with my wife , and we absolutely LOVED the food here. Best BBQ in vegas! We got the 5 meat plate and everything was delicious! Our favorite was the pulled pork, and the brisket 🔥 and the mac and cheese & collard greens was really good. The guy that was working there named Zach was very attentive and friendly. He did a great job serving us. Will def be back again when in vegas and i recommend everyone to eat here this place is awesome.

Our 1st time in we’ll definitely be back. We had an assortment of so many things we had the platter. I believe it came with several different meats the brisket stood out. The ribs were delicious. I was so full. I didn’t get to try the chicken. I gave it to hubby to take with him to work. We also ordered the catfish and hush puppies they were so good.
For the sides, we had potato salad beans and macaroni cheese. We didn’t realize it was so much start until after we order it. Lol But everything was good. I really don’t have any. Service was excellent. Derek was the guy that took our order. He came back and checked on us super dope experience for dessert. We had the banana pudding and we smoked it. Lol So so yummy
Good smoke BBQ definitely worth trying out.
