Some of the best barbecue in Vegas. Highly recommend. I went on a Wednesday night. Food was delicious and came out almost immediately. I had the Pitmaster's platter with comes with five meats with one substitute and 2 sides. I got thw mac n cheese and fried okra for sides. They were yummy. l got sliced brisket, links pulled pork and I had and substituted in extra pork spareribs. There self serve sauces which I did not try. Nothing need sauce except maybe the pulled...
Melissa and Andy are incredibly greatful for the tremendous service that Rollin Smoke (Highland Drive location in Las Vegas, NV) provided for their wedding day. They joked that they are not sure if the guest came for the wedding or to have the barbecue again.

But I'm sat here right now in the midst of a beautiful food coma. With my belly full of the tastiest ribs I have ever eaten.
Although I would say, as a Brit visiting the US, the portions are huge! Not a bad thing. Definitely worth a visit.
