I went to rolling smoke barbecue for one of my aunts birthday and It's definitely different from other BBQ joints I've been to. When I got there I saw that you place your order from the counter not by a waiter. The food is good , I had order the smoke chicken with loaded mash potatoes. Food was good. Went in for the all you can eat BBQ for $50 bucks. You order 2 to 3 meats each time along with 2 to 3 sides. Once you finish you tray with no leftovers you bring it up, toss the trash and order your next plate. I got one of the two ribs you can get, sliced brisket and the pulled chicken which comes chopped not pulled. Sides were the loaded mash and onion strings along with the Mac and cheese.
