We love Roma. Nicky and Lauren are amazing. Food excellent, haven’t had anything I wouldn’t order again. Highlights include artichoke, lasagna, shrimp diablo, chicken and veal parm (enough for two) incredible.

If you want the best Italian food in Nevada, this is the place to go. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food is fabulous, always fresh and hot. The Service is A+. The atmosphere is superb. I highly recommend this restaurant. I have been to at least 5 Italian restaurants in Las Vegas/Henderson area and Roma is by far the BEST!! They make the pasta from scratch when you order.

It was our first time dining here. We dined last weekend and had a reservation. We’ve been to a lot of other local Italian restaurants so we were looking forward to trying this one out.
We had a glass of red wine, Calamari, Truffle Gnocchi, Chicken Parmesan, and Tiramisu for dessert. We really enjoyed the Calamari and it was a good size. Very tasty and cooked really well. We found the Gnocchi really flavorful (just a little on the soft side and not al dente). The Chicken Parmesan dish only tasted okay. The crust could’ve used a little more crisp. It was served with a side of broccoli and a potato (it was a little undercooked and lacked flavor). The Tiramisu was delicious, sweet, and a good size.
Our server was Beth, and she was amazing! I think she was running most of the show. I only saw her and another server. And the restaurant was full. I think they may have been understaffed. Upon arrival, no one was at the hostess post. Our server Beth was the one who greeted us.
Overall the experience was fine. Our server was excellent. The atmosphere wasn’t too loud. The dining area is set in a large open room. The food was overall good (taste: 4, presentation: 3, execution: 3.5).
