Went on a date night here with my son. It was a horrible experience. Once we ordered it took over an hour for our food to come out then once they did they were cold like they had been sitting out for a long time. The waitress Regina e checked on my table a total of 2 times during this time. Once she dropped off the cold food it took literally flagging down another waiter to get her to check on us. When we asked for our dishes to be reheated they asked what did we want her to do. She then took the dishes to reheat but now over an hour into this my child was fussy and just wanted to go home. So after a few minutes of her not checking on us I walked to the other side of the restaurant were both waiters were and asked them to just put them in a box Togo.... I wasn't offered anything off the bill or anything for the COLD food, slow service and just lacking experience. I will not be returning which is sad since I was so excited to go here

This is not the Macaroni Grill I remember before covid. Try for yourself and make your decision. The wine was fantastic.

Unfortunately we could not have dinner here today. I really wanted to try this restaurant and I was shocked. We were waiting to be seated and no one assisted us even though many saw we were standing waiting to be seated. As we were waiting to family were leaving and said bad service. I looked at my husband and decided to leave as no one ever assisted us. The restaurant also seemed empty and if the service is this way I can understand why. Was very disappointed.
Excellent service by Mike for a late lunch in N Las Vegas. Delicious dishes, especially the lasagna.

The only thing that was good about the place was the bread and water that they served. My meal sucked and it was cold.

This is one of the worst restaurant I have been to since I moved to Vegas. The restaurant did not have a lot of things in stock and we had to drink water. The food was horrible 😫 😩 . It was a waste of money.

I got the trio and the lasagna and chicken parm were dry. For a Saturday night they were very slow. Not what it use to be. Not good over all.

Let me just start by saying Do Not Go here unless you want over priced mediocre food. Breaks my heart cause I grew up going to this location, and it has gone down the drain. The atmosphere in the building is almost like a lower end Italian restaurant like fazolis. Our table cloth didn’t cover the whole table so there was an exposed section of our table without paper table cloth. No crayons anymore, server didn’t write there name on the paper. I knew as soon as he brought the 2 hr old bread to our table the dinner was going to be horrible.i tried to order stuffed mushrooms and was told they were all out at 4pm. I Ordered the steak and potato and broccolini. My steak came out luke warm even the butter wouldn’t melt on top of it . It’s a lower end piece of meat so it was chewy semi cold and had no flavor. I’m not the type of person to cause a scene over food but I’m so upset I could cry. Macaroni grill has lost a life time customer out of me because I’ll NEVER go here again in my life.

The truffle Mac and cheese was good, but it was the sides and dessert that stole the show. The parmesan french fries with Italian ketchup was delicious and cannolis were the best one ever had. Would give five stars but sadly they were out of drinks.

We thought all the Macaroni Grill restaurants were closed in Las Vegas area until we happened to drive by this one on Rainbow. We were excited to eat there again and were not disappointed. The warm bread with dipping oil and vinegar was like coming home! We had chicken Marsala and pasta Milano. Both excellent. Had to bring some home because we had to save room for a tiramisu of course. All in all a great place and a great meal. Our server Miguel was attentive and friendly.

I have come here for years but recently the last 4 times I have come this year i picked up my order I was charged double for my veggie side every single time. The loud mouthed lady throws an attitude for fixing my wrongly charged order as it inconvenienced her. This last time order was good but normally the bread comes in the bag with the oil in a cup and cheese in a cup. This time the oil was spread on the bread and placed in the bag, with the oil coming through. I went back in to ask if that's how ot normally came not knowing if they don't give cups out for the oil or what but Rachel looked at me like I was crazy and said "yaaa if you ask for it".. I just felt uncomfortable and always feel like I'm in the wrong when I go there. I'm paying 30.00 for half a bowl of pasta, the least the girls could do is be nice or correct something that's their mistakes.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn't that good. We love the one in IL, so we wanted to try this location. The restaurant is in need of some care. We notice a few things that show is not well managed. The place was empty, only a few tables were occupied. The door handles were dirty. The first booth we were assigned to was broken, and we noticed the tablecloth had spots, like it wasn't change after the last customer. The second table was better, but it was hot, like the air conditioner wasn't working properly. The food was good, their menu didn't change, and it made great for family get-together, but this one needed to be overhaul.

I always get take out and they’re super nice and you get a great amount of food. I think the manager Zoe (I hope it’s her name) is the best. Really great customer service especially from her. (She has brunette hair I hope that’s her name).
