On 5/28/24 around 12:30 I went to buy a cold coffee,I asked the lady behind the counter if the have Starbucks cold brew she didn't say a word; just ignored me and kept playing with her phone!

Horrible customer service....I asked a question and she responded very nasty, I guess I interrupted her phone call !
