Have had breakfast here every day for my 7 day stay, Have chosen a few different items. Never disappointed. Food was fresh and served hot. Coffee was great and all the people were very nice. Special mention to Alejandra who is one of the kindest, genuine people I have met at the hotel. She is a great ambassador for the brand and she should be treated as such.
We ordered the salmon salad, chicken tenders, and pot roast. Very delicious!!! The wait staff is not very attentive. Many seemed as tho they didn't care if you stayed or left. Kinda a shame. We waited like 15mins to be seated bc no one was interested in another table but many were open. That part was weird!
There is always room for improvement:
Quesadilla came insanely oily
"fresh strawberries" were canned or otherwise preserved after being cut
Hardboiled eggs never received an ice bath to be cooled down after being boiled making it harder to be peeled
